10 Opportunity Abounds H E N R Y F A L G O U T There are many factors that have kept me loyal to Purity Oilfield Services. Between the camaraderie, the leadership, the vision set forth to be the very best, it s a great place to work. My long term goal is to be a productive member of the team and assist in bringing great success, ultimately making this company the leader in the oilfield service industry. S t a r t e d Henry Falgout has worn a lot of hats since coming to Purity. Arriving in July of 2013, Henry was seeking employment that would be reliable and profitable enough to support a young, growing family. Braving the unknown and traveling half a country away, Henry started out as a swamper. My original duties consisted of cleaning drilling rigs and washing trucks, Henry said. It wasn t too long before I was moved to Truck Pusher. I learned the in s and out s of supervising trucks in the oilfield. The long travel had paid off. Henry was sold on Purity W a t e r T r a n s f e r M a n a g e r Two years after being hired, Henry moved into Water Transfer management. This is a position I am very passionate about, Henry states. Through hard work and assistance from my peers, I have learned a substantial amount about water transfer operations and how to effectively manage a division. Henry expects to be an integral part of the Purity team for many years ahead. "I AM LIVING PROOF THAT PURITY OFFERS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY FOR ANYONE WHO IS WILLING TO WORK. THEY ARE ALWAYS LOOKING FOR UNDISCOVERED LEADERSHIP AND TALENT. They work hard to mold them into strong team members. A motto I use to sum up the Purity experience is Teamwork makes the dream work!
11 Opportunity Abounds RICHARD YATES 2017 Invoicing Manager Started 2013 In 2013, Richard Yates was a young husband and father with no oilfield experience. However, he had vision and dreams, and came to Purity Oilfield Services seeking a career with a bright future. Hired as a swamper in February of 2014, Richard put in long hours going out to oil rigs with the mud dog to clean out mud tanks and shakers. He embraced the hard work and was very grateful for a job with steady work and amazing benefits. I went to work for Purity because I was impressed with the benefit package. They offered employee housing at the time not man camps, said Richard. He felt that the benefits were geared toward families, a very key factor for him. Richard enjoyed the work and the people he worked with, feeling like he was part of a big family. The positions he held in the earlier days of his career taught him a lot of things necessary to perform his current job. I worked in the pipeyard, moved up to a Ticket Runner, and then into management. I learned locations of pads, how the personnel and processes of work in the field, the importance of cash flow, and working processes through as quickly and efficiently as possible. Planning to spend the rest of his career focus on the company, Richard encourages other job seekers to join the Purity team. PURITY OFFERS OPPORTUNITIES THAT YOU CAN T FIND IN OTHER COMPANIES.
