Having setup BigChoice Group in 1999 as a university gradate the company has gone from strength to strength, part of this success can be contributed to Campus Media Crew, the professional student staff that we work with to allow some of the largest leading brands in the UK to engage with young people. The positive impact is the amount of valuable work experience this provides to our ambassadors and the volume of work references we are happy to receive from previous ambassadors employers. 6 W H A T W E D O E X P E R I E N T I A L E V E N T S O N - C A M P U S Campus Media works with a variety of graduate recruiters and brands to create some of the UK s largest on campus events & immersive experiences We offer our Campus Crew (that s YOU) exciting marketing work on a project by project basis All new campaigns are announced through our Facebook group community, Twitter/Instagram feeds & database Each project is different and offers the chance to gain valuable work experience on a flexible basis What do you get I hear you ask? 10 per hour, freebies, prizes & valuable work experience

7 H O W D O W E W O R K? A B R E A K D O W N O F H O W T O G E T I N V O L V E D 1. Sign up to the database, join/follow Campus Media Crew on social media & your forms to the office 2. New projects are ed & posted on the Facebook group community Campus Media Crew 3. Crew ambassadors (you) can look through the project, hours, duties, location and apply using the instructions provided 4. If successful, the ambassador will receive a booking confirmation , activity brief & telephone briefing call 5. The ambassador completes the exciting activity and submits their report 6. The Campus Media office team will then send a payment date within ONE week of the campaigns completion 7. You ll have then completed a project!

When applying for an activity, complete a decent sized paragraph application stating your key experience & you d be good for the role Be polite and friendly to the office team (we won t bite!) If you have any questions about a campaign give the office a call and speak with one of our management team Provide the office with regular updates throughout your campaign Finally, make sure you read the reporting requirements thoroughly before any campaign so you know what to the office. Submit all reports on time

For any project you work on, you will receive a minimum of 10 per hour A payment date will be announced within 1 week of the final campaign date Your campaign payroll will be processed by the middle of the month following the activities completion (i.e. Campaigns worked in October will be paid in mid-november) P R I Z E S & R E C C O M E N D AT I O N S Alongside your wage, CAMPUS MEDIA can offer a staff prize! CAMPUS MEDIA have given away everything from European holidays, Spa day s & musical tickets! Interested in working with a friend? Any successful recommendation will receive a 30 bonus (processed after their first project!) How cool is that!

I ve gained lots of knowledge from working in this kind of role, and become more confident and assertive. I ve gained a unique insight into the marketing industry which was essential for me when it came to getting an academic placement year at Sportcal. Lambstravaganza was definitely one of the best campaigns. People were genuinely interested in it and when it was going to take place. Working for Campus Media has helped me improve my teamwork, communication skills, and my ability to meet new people.
