9 Lessons learned (EoI) important things to consider from Call 1 Minimum requirements of at least 2 beneficiaries from 2 countries EoI submitted without a Lead Beneficiary EoI submitted with naming a beneficiary without their consent Focus on identifying the relvant challenge for the NSR Incoherent structure strategy must be indicated or described Could not identify the what the new solution was - or if they were adapting an existing one Beneficiaries with no budget

10 Example Specific Objective Demonstrate new and/or improved methods for improving the climate resilience of target sites Project Output Indicator: Number of new and/or improved climate change adaptation methods demonstrated Project specific result confirming usefulness of the output. More than one possible: E.g. Flood risk reduction at target site (with defined measurement unit) Required Programme result: Capacity of relevant authorities / practitioners around the North Sea to identify and implement ways of improving climate change resilience
