Identifies general observations of the existing ordinances.. Includes the preferred approach and will be used as the basis for development of the Discussion Draft Development Code.

Be consistent in how individual chapters are organized. Use cross-references where appropriate. Consolidate and update definitions.

Define applicability of procedures. Update approval types required for all allowed uses. Formalize procedures for interpretations and minor exceptions. Review and update the non-conforming standards and procedures.
