Table 2 refers to the Decision on implementation, and Table 3 to the "Outstanding Implementation Issues". Table 1 also includes some preliminary information about the concurrent ongoing regional/ trade negotiations in the areas that match the Doha mandates as well as the special and differential treatment provisions contained in the Ministerial Declaration. 1
