2 The National Orange Show & R.G. Canning are pleased to invite you to apply as a Commercial Vendor for the 103rd National Orange Show Fair. The National Orange Show Fair is a yearly event held in San Bernardino California and is one of the largest in the Inland Empire. Last years Fair had over 15,000 in attendance. This year's Fair is sure to be a HUGE success!!! This is an application only and does not guarantee you a location. Please fill out the application completely and return it with a $50.00 Application Fee. The Application Fee is refundable if your application is not accepted. Please Note all spaces are located OUTDOORS and include a canopy and electricity. Please return your completed application and deposit to: R.G. 6 Commercial Vendor Application For The 2018 NOS Citrus Fair Price List A $50.00 Application Fee is due with all applications. This fee is refundable if your Application is not accepted. If your application is accepted this fee is not part of the booth rent and is non refundable at that time. Spaces will be assigned by NOS Non Profit Booth: 10 X 10 = $ Must be registered and approved as a Non Profit Spaces will be assigned by NOS In all areas add $ for a corner if available Insurance Certificate From CFSA: $ RV Space: Dry Camping = $20.00 Per Day Space with power hook up = $35.00 Per Day All booths are located Outdoors, and include a canopy and one 500 watt electrical outlet within 50 feet of your booth. Additional cost may be incurred if you need more electricity.

8 Commercial Vendors Handbook 1. The list of products you are requesting to sell, display, promote, or give away must be specific. Words such as accessories, related products, gifts, etcetera and other vague descriptions will not be accepted. If you are approved it will be the approved items only, so please be thorough as any product not originally approved will have to be removed from your booth. Nothing that is Inflatable is allowed. 2. All vendors must keep their merchandise within the confines of their allocated space. 3. All signage must be professionally done. No handwritten signs allowed. 4. All vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance for a min of $1,000, coverage with the Following wording: The National Orange Show & R.G. Canning Enterprises are named as additional insureds 5. Commercial Vendors are not allowed to sell or giveaway ANY KIND of Food or Beverages without prior approval from Fair Management 6. No knives or weapons of any kind, No drug paraphernalia, no inflatable items, no light up or glow Items, If your merchandise includes any of these items you must first get approval for them from Fair Management. 7. Sound transmissions such as radios televisions, or voice amplification systems are subject to prior approval from the Fair. The Fair reserves the right to turn down or off any such noise. This is a family event, No music will be allowed that has curse words or questionable lyrics. Prior approval can be revoked at any time. 8. All vendors agree to abide by all Rules & Regulations set forth here and on the back of their contracts. 9. The NOS Fair and/or RG Canning Enterprises, Inc. reserve the right to formulate additional Rules & Regulations at any time with or without notice. 10. All vendors must conduct their business from their booths. Any vendor caught walking around the Event or are outside the booth or area directly in front of their booth (no more than 4 feet out), will receive a verbal & written warning and then could face eviction from the remaining days of the Event without a refund. 11. The Fair Management reserves the right to object and have removed from display or sale any Merchandise, printed material, or pictures or any objectionable items in your booth or display.
