Acknowledge receipt of the GreenSky loan agreement ( Agreement ) with the lender specified on the Agreement ( Lender ) and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the Agreement; 2. Authorize the payments identified in the Payment Authorization Schedule above; 3. Instruct our Lender to disburse the proceeds of the GreenSky loan to the Merchant identified above in the Amount(s) and on the date(s) specified in the Payment Authorization Schedule. The signature of a Borrower below and subsequent use of the GreenSky loan to make a purchase will constitute acceptance by all Borrowers of the Agreement and the authorization of all Borrowers to process transactions as identified in the Payment Authorization Schedule. 6 Register a new user 1 Open the GreenSky app on your phone or tablet and select New User? Please Register Here NOTE: Each Sales person should create their own User ID and PIN to log on to the app. 4

7 Register a new user 2 For Merchant Authentication, enter your Merchant/Provider Number. In the field Merchant/Provider Passcode, enter the zip code of the address you applied to the GreenSky program with. Select NEXT. 5

8 Register a new user 3 Enter all required information for the user. User ID and PIN are determined by you and will be used to log on to the app. The PIN should be a 4 digit code. Once you have completed all required information, select SAVE. You will be directed to the app home screen where you can log in and start using. 6

11 Submitting an application 2 Enter the following information: The plan number you wish to offer the customers (you can change plans within the app later) The requested loan amount Any reference you need (ex. Lead, PO, Job or Customer number) Then click Next 9

12 Submitting an application 3 Enter you customer s information by selecting the following options: Use GPS Location Scan Driver s License Enter info manually 10

13 Submitting an application 4 Use GPS Location will present a list of nearby addresses. Select the proper address. Choose the customer s name Their name and address information will populate in the application. 11

14 Submitting an application 4 Scan Driver s License open the camera application. Note: some driver s licenses have multiple barcodes. A red laser will attempt to read the bar code, try each barcode for a few seconds until the reader downloads the data. If the scan is unsuccessful cancel out of the scanner and complete the application by typing in the customer s information manually. 12

15 Submitting an application 5 The GPS locater will only populate name and address. The driver s license scanner will populate name, address and date of birth (sometimes). If the scan did not input some of the customer s information, use the keyboard to enter the remaining data. You may also choose to add a Co-Applicant from this screen. 13

16 Submitting an application 6 Ask your customer to enter their: Social security number Phone number Gross annual income Then they click Next. 14

17 Submitting an application 7 Your customer reads the Application disclosure. They accept the disclosures by sliding the toggle and clicking Next (phone) or I Agree (tablet). 15

18 Submitting an application 7 Your customer verifies the application information and selects Submit to submit the application. 16

19 Submitting an application 8 Within seconds, your customer will receive the credit decision! 17

20 Submitting an application 9 If your customer wants to see terms for another plan, you can enter the adjusted plan information and click Recalculate Terms. 18

22 Submitting an application 11 From the next screen, your customer can view his/her loan package. This includes: The shopping pass Their account information Your customers can also themselves a copy of their loan package. 20

25 Payment Estimator 2 Select a plan and input loan amount up to $55,000. Select Calculate to view the estimate payment. 23

26 Payment Estimator 3 If the customer wants to see different options, select Recalculate. If they are ready to apply, simply select Apply Now. This will put you back in to the main application. 24
