4 5.0 Place Order in RHB Futures QST Click on Last / Bid / Ask Price, a LEFT click on any of the mentioned prices will place a BUY order and a RIGHT click will place a SELL order.

5 Download Google Authenticator Please download Google Authenticator from Apple App Store of Google Play Store as shown below. Please refer to the following slides for more details.

6 Activate 2FA (For first time user only) (click on link below)

7 Using Google Authenticator to Login Codes will be refreshed every 30 seconds User is required to open Google Authenticator Apps when login to platform every time.

8 1.0 RHB Futures QST Lite Log in To log in to RHB Futures QST Lite, open a browser and enter the address: Enter Username, Password, 2FA and click Login. Step 1: Enter Username Step 3: Click 2 FA and go to Open Google Authenticator App Step 2: Enter Password Step 4: Insert 6 Digit verification code *Codes will be refreshed every 30 seconds Step 5: Click Login Ensure Load settings from server option is checked and click Login button 1

9 1.1 QST Lite Log In 2FA by Alternatively, user can request 2FA codes through if smart phone or Google Authenticator apps are not working. (Follow the steps below to get 2FA by ) 2. An will be sent to you, open to get the link for 2FA code. 1. Click to request 2FA by 3. Once you open the link, the 2FA code will be available for 30 seconds.

12 2.1 RHB Futures QST Lite Data Pages Click Data Pages tab from top toolbar to create prices quote pages Select products from drop down list to view Select Contract Months Contract Spread Quotes Product Info & Chart Bid/Ask Next Month Contract Quotes

13 3.0 RHB Futures QST Lite Custom Quotes User can create custom quotes, click Custom Quotes from function toolbar Type the correct futures contract code in the Contract column. 2. User can create multiple tabs of price quote according to personal preference. Right click to rename. 3. To manage column display, click Columns. Drag item to the left to exclude from display list. Move item up or down to arrange the order of column display. 4. User can set up this page in RHB Futures QST Desktop's Mobile Data tab. 4

14 3.0 RHB Futures QST Lite Add Futures Contract A simple way to add contract in RHB Futures QST is to key in the code as follows: (Product Code) + (Number of the nearest contact month) + (-) For example on 1 December 2018: MPC1- will become FCPO December 2018 MPC2- will become FCPO January 2019 MPC3- will become FCPO February 2019 Futures Product Bursa Palm Oil Futures KLCI Futures Comex Gold E-mini S&P 500 E-mini Dow Jones WTI Crude Oil E-mini Crude Oil Soybean Soybean Oil QST Product Code MPC KLI EGC ES YM ECL QM ZS ZL

15 4.0 RHB Futures QST Lite Chart Click Chart from price quote from main toolbar. Fill in contract code to chart or click to use Futures Lookup. Click drop-down menu to switch time frame To change time frame, type preferred time frame in the box or click left and right button. Move cursor to price bar and price info will appear. 5

16 4.0 RHB Futures QST Lite Chart Indicators From the Chart window, click to add or access indicators properties. To add indicators to chart, select the indicators from the left and click To access indicators properties, select an indicator and click 1 2 Click drop-down menu to change calculation method 7

17 5.0 RHB Futures QST Lite Trading Chart To place an order in chart, move cursor to the right of the chart, and point at preferred price. Move cursor on the row and move cursor to the exact price to place order: 1. If cursor above market price, click left to perform buy stop, right to perform sell limit 2. If cursor below market price, click left to perform buy limit, right to perform sell stop Place Order window will appear, follow steps illustrated in previous slides for trading. 6

18 6.0 RHB Futures QST Lite Order Ticket In Trading screen, click Buy and Sell button to place order; In Custom Quotes, move cursor to Last/Bid/Ask price, left click to buy, right click to sell; In Chart, move cursor to right of the chart, click left to perform limit order, right click to perform stop order. 1 Click drop-down menu to change order type 2 Click drop-down menu to change order duration

19 7.0 RHB Futures QST Lite Price Ladder To use Price Ladder for placing order, click from function toolbar. Use left click to perform Buy, right click to perform Sell, The Place Order window will appear or; Click buttons to perform Buy/Sell Limit and Buy/Sell market. To cancel working order, click or. Cancel Orders window appear, select the particular order and click ok. 11

20 8.0 RHB Futures QST Lite Order Confirmation Once order has been placed, a confirmation window will appear. 1 Once order has been filled, a confirmation window will appear

21 9.0 RHB Futures QST Lite Orders & Positions Click Orders & Positions to view today s orders and current open position. User may click or unclick to view preferred orders & positions 13

22 9.0 RHB Futures QST Lite Close or Reverse Position To offset or reverse an open position, click on the open position and click offset to close position or reverse to reverse position. 1 15

23 9.0 RHB Futures QST Lite Amend or Cancel Position To cancel working order, click on the particular order and click. To amend working order, click on the particular order and click, a place order window will appear. To execute the working order, click on the particular order and click, the order will be immediately amended to market order. 1 16
