2 Manchester Master Plan What is it? A comprehensive plan for the entire community, the master plan element that we are focusing on today will be on economic development strategies. The plan will include an overview of the existing economic climate including an analysis of industry clusters, composition of the workforce, and existing commercial centers.
3 What are some of the opportunities and challenges people and businesses experience in Manchester? Responses We ve Heard To Date Loyalty: people will come back and buy locally. Half of town has been improved, other half not touched. And that s how I like it. No available retail spaces. Improve foot traffic in town. Utilize the commuter rail line. Beautiful natural resources like the harbor, beaches, and open spaces.
