English version will be ready for Brisbane Meeting and publish in LACNIC website.

This plan should include the traditional RIRs activities and additional services LAC community as: Training Information Services Coordination tasks Etc, The staff and infrastructure provided by NIC-Brazil will be totally independent from domain name activities and the staff will be submitted to LACNIC policies and purposes only.
