4 OUR TRAVEL AND TOURISM PRODUCTS Tour Operators Combined Liability A package of cover designed for tour operators, travel agents, travel destination companies and any other business that comes under the Package Travel Regulations. Standard cover includes public and product liability, as well as crisis response in case of death or emergency hospitalisation anywhere in the world. What s covered? Public and product liability, 2m core cover with capacity available up to 25m Crisis costs following death or emergency hospital attendance Corporate manslaughter Optional extensions Employers liability up to 10m for employees anywhere in the world Professional indemnity cover up to 1m, with a further extension available for the sale of travel insurance Directors and officers Group PA and travel Public relations expenses

5 Travel Shop Policy This policy is for travel agents whose total turnover is predominantly generated by retail/agent sales. It covers any material or physical damage to the business as well as theft and loss, and any liability to travellers caused by these events. What s covered? Up to 5m per location for material damage All risks including full theft Professional Indemnity cover as standard, 1m any one claim 500,000 for business interruption average free cover. Higher limits according to each risk Loss of money and tickets Liabilities as a tour organiser, as long as it s less than 25% of business revenue Annual travel Computers and IT systems Fidelity cover up to 10,000 Optional extensions Directors and officers Group PA and travel Computer breakdown
