A selection of products launching at GTC 2014 valued at over USD $100 SRP. It can be picked up in the GTC New Product Store starting Friday, May 9. Early Bird Bonus Pack is available to Arbonne Independent Consultants only. This offer does not apply to guest registrations. Registration and product set are non-transferable. No substitutions permitted; the GTC 2014 Early Bird Bonus Pack has no cash value and may not be substituted. Arbonne Independent Consultant must check in at the Registration Check-In Desk beginning Wednesday, May 7, 2014, in order to receive the Early Bird Bonus Pack. The Early Bird Bonus Pack will not be shipped to the attending Independent Consultant if not picked up at GTC Product offering is subject to change and Arbonne reserves the right to amend, change or modify the product offering at any time at its sole discretion. Arbonne Independent Consultants must be active, qualified, and in good standing with Arbonne, and in compliance with their Arbonne Independent Consultant Application & Agreement, Policies & Procedures, and Arbonne SuccessPlan ( Agreements ) at the time of the Incentive Period in order to qualify. Arbonne reserves the right to disqualify any Arbonne Independent Consultant at any time for violating these Terms & Conditions, the Agreements or any applicable agreement, rule or regulation, or if Arbonne determines tampering, fraud or bonus buying has occurred.

2 REGISTRATION FEES & POLICIES INDEPENDENT CONSULTANTS (CONTINUED) TERMS & CONDITIONS, NEW INDEPENDENT CONSULTANT CONFERENCE FEE WITH EARLY BIRD BONUS PACK New Independent Consultants or newly upgraded Independent Consultants with start dates from October 1, 2013 May 10, 2014, can qualify by placing a single order with 350 PRV/PQV in your Start Month or the following month. New Independent Consultants must have a Start Date during the incentive period to qualify. Preferred Clients must pay the upgrade fee during the incentive period to qualify for the incentive. Upgrade fees are as follows: US USD $59; Canada CAN $79; Australia AUD $78; United Kingdom 39. Only orders placed after the upgrade will count toward this incentive. For purposes of this incentive, the 350 PRV/PQV must be placed in one single order by the new Arbonne Independent Consultant, or the Preferred Client who has upgraded to Independent Consultant during their Start Month or the following month. The 350 PRV/PQV order must also be placed during the incentive period. Combined orders will not be counted. The purchase of business supplies or aids and payment of new Independent Consultant fees do not carry RV/QV and will not be included in the 350 PRV/PQV required for this incentive. Incentive reward is not transferrable, and no earned or unused volume can be gifted or transferred to another Arbonne Independent Consultant or Preferred Client for any reason. No cash value or credits will be issued and no substitutions apply. Arbonne is not responsible for any accommodations and/or travel during GTC All travel expenses are the responsibility of each attendee. Arbonne may deduct volume and any resulting award as a result of any product returns, exchanges of product for lesser value or re-purchases of any product. Arbonne Independent Consultants must be active, qualified, in good standing, and in compliance with their Arbonne Independent Consultant Application & Agreement, Policies & Procedures, and Arbonne SuccessPlan (the Agreements ) with Arbonne at the time the incentive is awarded in order to qualify for the incentive. Preferred Clients must be active, in good standing with his/her Preferred Client Terms & Conditions and any other rules, policies, or procedures with Arbonne at the time the incentive is awarded in order to qualify for the incentive. All incentive qualifications, specifications, rewards and details are subject to change without notice and Arbonne reserves the right to amend, modify and/or cancel any part of the incentive at its sole discretion. Arbonne reserves the right to disqualify any Arbonne Independent Consultant or Preferred Client (if applicable) at any time for violating these Terms & Conditions, the Agreements or any applicable agreement, rule or regulation, or if Arbonne determines tampering, fraud or bonus buying has occurred. QUALIFY AND EARN YOUR WAY TO GTC 2014! Independent Consultants will have an opportunity to qualify to earn the GTC 2014 Independent Consultant Conference Fee or the GTC 2014 Independent Consultant Conference Fee PLUS a three-night stay at the MGM Grand Hotel. Stay tuned for more details. We encourage Independent Consultants to register for GTC 2014 to take advantage of the Early Bird Consultant Conference Fee and Early Bird Bonus Pack. GIVE THE GIFT OF GTC Independent Consultants can give the Gift of GTC in the form of Registration to any active Independent Consultant. The Gift Registration form can be found in the upper right-hand corner of the GTC Registration section. Select the Register Now button in the Additional Resources section below the viewing pane. Once the gifting Independent Consultant purchases the Gift of GTC, the recipient will receive an confirmation indicating a Gift Registration has been purchased for her or him; the gifting Independent Consultant will receive the same . The gifted Independent Consultant s registration will be pending and not complete until she or he fills out the Independent Consultant Registration form. All Independent Consultant conference packages are available for gifting. The payment plan (see next page) is not available for Gift Registrations. Gift Registrations purchased for active Independent Consultants cannot be transferred if the gifted Independent Consultant is unable to attend GTC There is no limit on the number of Gift of GTC packages that can be purchased. Gift registrations are based on availability. If an Independent Consultant purchases the Gift of GTC 2014 for another Independent Consultant in the month of October 2013, the Independent Consultant receiving the GTC 2014 Gift Registration will be the same Independent Consultant who receives the Early Bird Bonus Pack. 3 PAYMENT PLAN OPTION Starting January 1, 2014, a payment plan option will be available. REGISTER FROM CHARGED ON January 1 31, st payment: Immediately upon registration submission (USD $98.50) 2nd payment: On or around February 15, 2014 (USD $98.50) 3rd payment: On or around March 15, 2014 (USD $98.50) February 1 28, st payment: Immediately upon registration submission (USD $98.50) 2nd payment: On or around March 15, 2014 (USD $98.50) 3rd payment: On or around April 15, 2014 (USD $98.50) March 1 31, st payment: Immediately upon registration submission (USD $147.50) 2nd payment: On or around April 15, 2014 (USD $147.50) LEGAL BUSINESS ENTITIES Legal business entities with Arbonne must be manually registered under the same Independent Consultant ID. In order for the legal business entity to register for GTC 2014, the main contact must complete the online registration first. Once that is complete, please contact the Events Department via the Contact Us page on the Arbonne website to get the second main contact registered. Select Events from the Type of Inquiry drop-down menu, then Global Training Conference from the Event drop-down menu. REGISTRATION FEES & POLICIES GUESTS GUEST FULL CONFERENCE FEE The Guest Full Conference Fee is for attendance to all of GTC 2014 except for any GTC special functions: USD $199 October 15, 2013 May 10, 2014 GUEST KICK-OFF NIGHT & GRAND AWARDS CELEBRATION CONFERENCE FEE The Guest Kick-Off Ceremony/Grand Awards Celebration Conference Fee is for attendance to the following: Kick-Off Ceremony and New Product Launch on Thursday, May 8, 2014 Grand Awards Celebration on Friday, May 9, 2014 Excludes any GTC special functions USD $99 October 15, 2013 May 10, 2014 Conference Guest names can be changed up to Saturday, May 10, Select the Register Now button in Additional Resources below the viewing pane to be directed to the Registration Confirmation page. Select the Edit button and make the appropriate changes. Guests may not be another Arbonne Independent Consultant, NO exceptions. Please note: These are the only two options available for guests to attend GTC To upgrade or downgrade the Guest s GTC 2014 package, please contact the Events Department via the Contact Us page on the Arbonne website. Select Events from the Type of Inquiry drop-down menu, then Global Training Conference from the Event drop-down menu. GUEST POLICY The guest must be 18 years of age or older. The guest may not be another Arbonne Independent Consultant, NO exceptions. Guest packages can be upgraded from Guest Kick-Off Ceremony/Grand Awards Celebration Conference Fee to Guest Full Conference Fee, and vice versa. The Guest Full Conference Fee and the Guest Kick-Off Ceremony/Grand Awards Celebration Conference Fee are the only options available for guests to attend GTC Guest registrations are based on availability.

4 REGISTRATION FEES & POLICIES GUESTS (CONTINUED) INFANT REGISTRATION GTC is a place of learning. Arbonne recognizes the importance of family and that infants need to be with their mothers. Conference participants must register any infant (any child under age 3) who will attend GTC 2014 with them. Please note it will be necessary for Arbonne to charge a USD $50 Infant Registration Fee for each infant, due to the fact that the venue we are in requires us to carry certain licenses, as well as insurance and onsite medical personnel. An additional seat will not be provided for the infant. Thank you in advance for understanding. This Infant Registration Fee is nonrefundable and nontransferable. No additional conference fee is required for an infant. Please register your infant on the Guest Registration form during the registration process. AGE All GTC 2014 attendees must be 18 years or older unless they are a registered infant under age 3 for which an Infant Registration Fee has been paid. PAYMENT TERMS All GTC participants, including registered guests, must pay the applicable conference fee in order to secure a spot at GTC. Payment for all conference fees is by credit card only (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover). CAN, UK and AUS Independent Consultants: Transactions will be processed using the conversion rate as set by the Independent Consultant s banking institution. SPACE AVAILABILITY Conference availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis to those who pay the applicable conference fee. ATTENDANCE Any Independent Consultant or guest who does not attend GTC 2014 and did not cancel their registration will be considered a no-show. No shows will not receive any type of refund, training or registration materials, or other items distributed by Arbonne at the conference. CANCELLATION POLICY CONSULTANT & GUEST The cancellation deadline for GTC 2014 is February 28, Independent Consultants will have the ability to cancel their own conference registration as well any guest conference registrations purchased via the GTC 2014 registration section. The cancellation option will be available October 15, 2013 February 28, 2014, on the Registration Confirmation page. Select the Register Now button in Additional Resources below the viewing pane to be directed to the Registration Confirmation page. The cancellation option is near the bottom of the page. Independent Consultants can cancel a guest conference registration without canceling their own conference registration. Independent Consultants who cancel their conference registration (either the Independent Consultant and/or guest) by the February 28, 2014, cancellation deadline date will receive an 80% refund of the conference fee. The refund will be processed back to the original credit card used. Refunds will be processed between 3 4 weeks of receiving the cancellation. Independent Consultants who partake in the three-month or two-month installment payment plan and cancel their conference registration or their guest conference registration (if applicable) by the February 28, 2014, cancellation deadline date will be refunded 80% of the installment payments made. The Independent Consultant Conference Fee is nontransferable, no exceptions.

5 CANCELLATION POLICY (CONTINUED) NEW MANAGERS CELEBRATION To cancel and receive a refund for the New Managers Celebration, please contact the Events Department via the Contact Us page. Select Events from the Type of Inquiry drop-down menu, then Global Training Conference from the Event drop-down menu. Cancellation for New Managers Celebration must be received no later than Monday, May 5, Cancellations will not be accepted after this deadline, as Arbonne has already guaranteed your attendance to this special function. EARNED GTC INCENTIVE Independent Consultants who qualify and earn their way to GTC 2014 and cancel their registration will forfeit the earned GTC 2014 Incentive (registration and/or hotel reservation, if applicable). The GTC 2014 Incentive cannot be transferred to another Consultant. No cash value or credits will be issued. No substitutions apply. NO-SHOWS Any Independent Consultant or guest who does not attend GTC 2014 will be considered a no-show. No-shows will not receive any type of refund, training or registration materials, or other items distributed by Arbonne at GTC MGM GRAND HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY To avoid cancellation charges, room reservations must be cancelled no less than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date. Reservations cancelled on or before 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date will be refunded the first night s room and tax that was charged at the time of booking. First night s guest room and tax charges will not be refunded on any reservations cancelled after the 48-hour cancellation deadline. NOTE: Independent Consultants who do not check in on their scheduled arrival date are considered no-shows, will be charged one night room and tax, and will not receive a refund. MGM GRAND HOTEL HOUSING & AIRLINE DISCOUNT DISCLAIMER All hotel rates, cancellations, terms, conditions and changes are subject to MGM Grand Hotel ( MGM ) policies. All airfares, cancellations, terms, conditions and changes to itinerary are subject to each respective airline listed below. Arbonne makes no representation, warranty or guarantee on rates, terms, conditions or availability of hotel rooms. Although rates are discounted, hotel room availability is subject to change. IN NO EVENT SHALL ARBONNE OR ARBONNE AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OR IN CONNECTION WITH RESERVATIONS, OCCUPANCY, PRICING OR DISCOUNTS OFFERED BY MGM AND/OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE FLIGHTS OR DISCOUNTS OFFERED BY THE AIRLINE.
