The gross profit margin of completed projects decreased by 0.8 points to.% due to higher labor expenses in conjunction with Tokyo Olympic Games related construction, a tight balance of labor supply and demand, and other factors. Orders received decreased by 6.% to 9.6 billion yen. The construction order balance remained flat at billion yen. Net sales increased by 6.6% year-on-year to 9. billion yen as a result of higher rental income in conjunction with an increase in integrated rental properties using the Lease Management Trust System.
