1 TR 792: ANNEX B SCOPE OF WORK 1 SIA Supplies Centre (SSC) 1.1 Address: 60 Loyang Way Singapore The current ASRS set-up comprises the following:- a. 5x Muratec UT15 cranes, servicing 10 rows of pallet racking (4,299 locations), b. 1x Muratec Central Crane Control MDD-8Z, driving the above 5 cranes, c. 1x Smart Warehouse Management System (SWMS), managing the above MDD and Inventory database. SWMS is interfaced with SAP Materials Management Module. 2. Service Requirements 2.1 The Supplier is to review the operational state of the ASRS and propose to SIA the revamp/overhaul required to enable the ASRS to be used for another 10 years. 2.2 The Supplier is also to provide proposals for the Maintenance of the ASRS (various options, ie preventive and corrective maintenance) in the subsequent years (after the revamp/overhaul warranty period). 3 SSC Site visit 3.1 Interested suppliers should contact lipei_toh@singaporeair.com.sg to arrange for a site visit to review the operational state of the ASRS during the weeks beginning 24 and 31 December Suppliers may also seek further clarification, if required during the Site visit. 4 Proposal Submission 4.1 The submission should include the details of the components that require revamp/overhaul/replacement and cost for each part, including, but not limited to following:- a. Stacker crane b. Conveyor system c. Warehouse Management System (hardware and software). The WMS should be able to at least perform the following functions and generate the following reports:- - Receiving history report/issuing history report - Picklist report (pending, completed) - Transaction report by part number / location / stations - Store Consignment or AWB report - Seafreight report - STN, P/N, QTY, VOL, VALUE - Monthly Usage by Stations - Daily back order report (QTY fulfilled, balance order) - Daily stock out report - Monthly and Weekly KPI report - Monthly and Weekly cycle count report - Total inventory report - current and able to back date - Part Number by location - Storage utilization Report - Part Master Report - P/N, dims, wgt, vol, CO, value - Station Master Report Other Critical Functions required of the WMS include:- - Ability to print Store Consignment Note/AWB - Ability to print Commercial Invoices/Packing List - Allowing Batch control, Lot number and expiry date control TENDER REF NO.: 792 Page 1 of 10
