1 CITY OF SURREY BY-LAW NO A by-law to amend the provisions of Business License By-law, 1999, No , as amended The Council of the City of Surrey, in open meeting assembled, ENACT AS FOLLOWS: 1. Business License By-law, 1999, No , as amended is hereby further amended as follows: 1) Section 22 is amended by replacing the fee of $200 with $200 plus applicable taxes and by replacing the fee of $400 with $400 plus applicable taxes. 2) Section 27 is amended by replacing the fee of $25.00 with $25.00 plus applicable taxes. 3) Section 41, subsection (5) is amended by replacing the fee of $30.00 with $30.00 plus applicable taxes. 4) Schedule A is amended by deleting it in its entirety and replaced with Schedule A as follows: Schedule "A" Category Acupuncture Accupressure Administration Office Adult Entertainment Store Advertising Alcohol and Drug Recovery House Animal Sitting Apartment Building/Townhouse Rental Arcade Auction/Auctioneer Auto Body/Painting Fee $ per year $44.00 per year for each dwelling $ per year $ per year
