Paking fo 173 vehicles will be povided in one level of subteanean level paking and one level at-gade within the hotel building. The poposed building will be appoximately 85-feet in height. The City Planning Commission failed to each a consensus. The deadlock 4-2 vote esulted in a failue-to-act by the Commission.
