No. 4 the reply of First Appellate Authority has been prepared but it does not mention about sending etc to the appellant. The information provided is incomplete. Ashok Garg on 18/10/2011 against the PIO/SR(IX) under Right to Information Act, Present Sh. Suresh Malik on behalf of Sh. Ashok Garg, Applleant and Sh. Raj Kumar Saini, SR(IX). He has requested information regarding number of seller and purchaser, name of village, land area, total amount of sale consideration and registration number and date of each sale deed from 1 st January 1999 to 31 st December 2001 for sale of agricultural land situated in the village of Rajakori, Rangpuri and Samalkha. SR-IX stated that the information is not available in the compiled form. This order shall dispose of the present appeal filed by Sh. Ram Kishan on 21/10/2011 against the PIO/SDM (NG) under Right to Information Act, Present Sh. Ram Kishan, and Sh. The representative of BDO/PIO stated that there is a mistake and there are more points related to Tehsildar (Najafgarh). After hearing both the parties and perusal of records placed before me, no reply has been given by SDM(NG)/Tehsildar(NG). So, reply be given by SDM(Najafgarh)/PIO and Tehsildar (Najafgarh) regarding issues related to them. BDO(SW) is directed to once again provide the copy of the RTI application to SDM(Najafgarh). The reply be provided to the appellant within 15 days of receipt of this order. The appellant Sh. Mukesh Dagar stated that he has grievance regarding encroachment on Gaon Sabha land by encroachers. SDM(NG) vide letter no dt. 27/07/10 directed BDO(SW) to remove the encroachment. BDO(SW) is directed to take immediate necessary steps to protect the Gaon Sabha land of Malikpur Village.
