Section V Validity: If any section, paragraph, clause, items or provision of this ordinance shall be held invalid, the invalidity of such section, paragraph, clause, item or provision shall not effect any of the other provisions of this ordinance. 11

Section VII Date When Effective - Repeal: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its final passage, signing, and publication in pamphlet form as provided by law, and all parts of other Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance, if any, are hereby repealed. Section VIII. Filings: The Village Clerk is hereby directed to submit a certified copy of this ordinance after its final passage, signing, and publication in pamphlet form to the County Clerk of Lake County, Illinois before the close of the first quarter of the fiscal year as provided by law. This ordinance was adopted on June 24, 2013 at a regular meeting of the Village Board of Trustees in Mundelein Illinois, Lake County, held of that day, and ordered published in pamphlet form.
