The sale shall be conducted in the Bristol Justice Center, 2nd Floor, at 801 Anderson Street, in Bristol, Tennessee, on FEBRUARY 28, 2019 commencing at 10:00 a.m. Payment by the delinquent taxpayer of 2016 and prior tax years must be made by February 27, 2019 by 5:00 p.m. for the parcel to be removed from the sale. The terms of sale shall be set by the Clerk and Master, including requirements for bidder registration and methods of payment. Subject tracts shall be sold for the highest and best bid for cash, subject to the record owners statutory right of redemption, during the one (1) year period following the entry of an order approving sale. Payment must be by cash, certified check, or other methods approved by the Clerk and Master. Properties will not be subject to an extended or raised bidding period. Successful bidders shall receive a tax deed for each parcel purchased upon expiration of the redemption period. Tax deeds are without warranties of title. It is the bidder s 1
