To Subject : Sealed Limit ed Tender for Quotation for procurement of Air Conditioners. ear Sir / Madam, The Consortium for Educational Communication (CEC), New elhi hereby invites Sealed Tender from authorized suppliers / dealers for procurement of Air-Conditioners as per two bid system i.e. Technical Bid and Financial Bid. 2. The Technical Bid should contain the specification for Air-Conditioners as per Annexure 'A' and Annexure 'B' and the Financial Bid should contain the rates quoted for Air-Conditioners, as per Annexure 'C'. The other details are as follows: Last date and time for receipt of sealed tender: ate and time for opening of Technical Bid 1i h August 2018 at 02:30 PM 1i h August 2018 at 03:00 PM 3. Technical Bid will be scrutinized by the evaluation committee and after scrutiny of technical bids, the financial bids will be opened. The Financial Bid of only those Firms will be opened, whose Technical Bids are found suitable. The financial bids of the successful bidders will be opened on a subsequent date which will be intimated to them.

2 eee 4. Both the bids i.e. Technical Bid and Financial Bid should be submitted as per specified proforma in two separate sealed enve lopes super scribed as "Technical Bid" and "Financial Bid". An Earnest Money eposit (EM) of RS.18,000/ (Rupees Eighteen Thousand Only) in the form of emand raft in favour of irector, CEC payable at New elhi should be in the third envelope alongwith covering letter and it should be superscribed "EM". All three sealed envelopes should be put in a fourth sealed envelope and should be superscribed "Tender for Procurement of Air-Conditioners". 5. Sealed tender should be addressed to the Chief Administrative Officer, Consortium for Educational Communicat ion, I UAC Campus, Aruna Asaf Ali Marg, New elhi The tender may be sent by Hand/Speed/Registered Post to the above mentioned address or may be dropped in the tender box placed at CEC, New elhi at above address, before the stipulated date and time. 6. Sealed quotation should be submitted clearly indicating the price, delivery schedule, mode of payment, terms and conditions, GST, tax etc. and the tenderer should quote the columns / items in Financial Bid as per Annexure-'C', failing which the bid shall be considered, non-responsive, incomplete and tender will be summarily rejected. 7. Tender received after the closing date and time will be rejected. 8. In case the successful Tenderer declines the offer of Contract, for whatsoever reason(s), his EIVI will be forfeited. 9. Tender received without EIVI will be rejected. 10. The EM will be refunded to the unsuccessful tenderer only after finalization of the contract. No interest is payable on the EM. 11. Each page of the Tender ocument and papers submitted along With, should be signed and stamped by the authori zed signatory. 12. All entries in the Tender form should be legible and filled clearly. Any overwriting or correction which is unavoidable has to be signed by the authorized signatory. 13. To indicate the name of Company/firm/agency etc. along with contact address, I, telephone number, mobile number who will look after the sale and service of the quoted product. 14. The cost of item should be mentioned clearly indicating the amount of taxes and any other charges, if any.

Payment shall be made through ChequejRTGSjNEFf after complete satisfactory supply of the abovementioned Air-Conditions. 17. Quantity mentioned is tentative and are likely to increase or decrease. 18. Item should be delivered within one month from the date of issue of Purchase Order. 19. The tender will be valid for 90 days. 20. Any defective Air-Conditioners shall be replace free of cost. 21.
