2 2 A POWERFUL COLLABORATION CETIF CeTIF-Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, the Research Center on Technology, Innovation, and Finance was established in 1990 by Cattolica University of Milan. CeTIF focuses on technological and organizational innovation in the banking and the financial industries. It investigates the adoption of innovative ICTs and their impacts on processes and organizational structures. Each year CeTIF organizes more than 10 workshops, and more than 15 Competence Centres and HUBs with the aim of promoting the sharing of experiences on specific topics. The more than professionals which constitute the CeTIF network can participate to all these initiatives. CeTIF s research activities are selected and monitored by a Board, assisted by the Scientific Committee and the Program Committee. The Bank of Italy (BI), the Italian Stock Exchange (Borsa Italiana, BI), the Italian Bankers Association (ABI) and other important organizations are CeTIF s Institutional Partners. CeTIF & REPLY: A POWERFUL COLLABORATION REPLY Reply is a company that specializes in Consulting, Systems Integration and Digital Services with a focus on the conception, design and implementation of solutions based on the new communication channels and digital media. Reply partners with key industrial groups in defining and developing business models made possible by the new technological and communication paradigms such as Big Data, Cloud Computing, Digital Communication, the Internet of Things and Mobile and Social Networking. In so doing, it aims to optimize and integrate processes, applications and devices. Since 2014, Reply has started an inter-functional Competence Centre in order to research blockchain technology in terms of market monitoring and experimenting with the emerging Blockchain protocols. In 2018, Reply has established Blockchain Reply, the new Group company entirely focused on consulting, design and implementation activities for blockchainbased technological platforms and services provision. 3

6 10 MODULE JOURNEY Each module is structured as follow: online activities + In-class Activities (Active LAB) in order to accelerate your learning process through diverse learning activities. It will take place on a monthly basis: Online activities* Effort: 6,5 hous + Slide set (basic contents) 4 hous (asynchronous) SLIDE SET 1 webinar or video lessons for each module with Professors, Managers and Case Studies 2 hous (synchronous) WEBINAR: in-class section allowing participants to discuss about contents learned online, ask clarifications to the professors, learn advanced contents. 4 hours (from 3 pm to 7 pm) 1st week 2nd week 3rd week FINAL TEST AND CERTIFICATION The Final Test will take place on 26 th March 2019 in Università Cattolica. It consists of 20 multiple choice questions that cover key points analyzed during all the Blockchain Education Program. If the participants get a passing score (70%) they will receive a Certification issued by CeTIF-Università Cattolica and Reply multiple choice questions 20 minutes TEST: 4th week * Università Cattolica E-Learning Platform

Blockchain Strategy and Investments: Do you need a blockchain? Criteria for evaluating application opportunities; main strategies to adopt and benefit from Blockchain inside an organization, i.e., internal laboratory, startup investment, bilateral collaboration with other players or wide consortium structures.
