No. TU 507 / Date : Sub: Government of Karnataka notifies amendment to delegation of Jurisdictional powers to various Officers/Authorities working in the Department of labour, Government of Karnataka. ******** Government of Karnataka, Labour Department vide its Notification No. LD 71 LET 2006(1) dt. 5/4/2006 published in the Karnataka (Special) Official Gazette Part IV-A dt.7th April 2006 has delegated jurisdictional powers to various authorities under various Labour Legislations. Further, Government of Karnataka, Labour Department vide its Notification No. LD 250 LET 2006 (1) dt. 2/1/2007 published in the Karnataka Special Official Gazette Part IV-A dt.2nd January 2007 has brought out an amendment canceling Jurisdictional Powers in certain cases.
