There have been some modifications made in the tender schedule (NIT No-21/OMC/MAT/17,dtd ) in respect to Technical Specifications of Blade Chassis, Blade Server and in the eligibility Criteria. Interested bidders are requested to download the revised/final tender schedule from our website i.e The last date of receiving of bid is up to 3.00PM of and shall be opened on the same day at 3.30PM. Sealed tenders are invited from the Manufacturers / Authorized channel business partners for supply of one Blade Chassis with 04 (four) nos Blade Servers for the OMC Ltd. The Tender schedule containing the eligibility criteria, specifications & terms and conditions etc. are available in our Web site i.e. / from which is to be downloaded by the intending bidders. There will be no manual sale of tender paper. The last date for receipt of the bid is up to 3.00PM which shall be opened on the same day at 3.30 PM. 3 TENDER SCHEDULE PART I TECHNO COMMERCIAL BID 1. INSTRUCTIONS TO THE BIDDERS: The tender shall be submitted in two parts in two separate sealed envelopes. Part-I: Techno-commercial Bid Part-II: Price Bid (Annex-D) The above two envelopes shall be covered in a third envelope super- scribing the tender number, due date of opening and complete address of the bidder. The tender should be addressed to The General Manager (Mat), The Odisha Mining Corporation Ltd, Bhubaneswar , Odisha. The last date of receipt of tender is on up to 3.00PM. The tender documents must be signed & stamped on each page by the bidder as a token of acceptance of all the terms & conditions of the tender schedule. 2. SCOPE OF SUPPLY, INSTALLATION: The successful bidder shall supply & install One no Blade Chassis Server with 04 nos Blade Servers at Head Office, OMC Ltd., Bhubaneswar. The materials to be supplied should be free from defect and of good quality. 4. PROCEDURE, DATE, TIME AND PLACE FOR SUBMITTING THE BIDS: The Bid should be submitted within the stipulated date and time stated in the NIT. The bid or modifications to bids, which are received after the due Time & date of bids, shall not be taken into consideration. No canvas in this regard shall be entertained. The Bidder has the option of sending its proposal to the OMC Ltd. by registered post or speed post or courier or deposited by hand in the tender box kept for this purpose in the office chamber of the General Manager(Mat), the OMC Ltd., Bhubaneswar. Bids submitted by telex/ telegram/ fax/ shall not be considered under any circumstances. Bids received after the Bid Deadline shall not be accepted under any circumstances. OMC shall not be responsible for any delay in receipt of the Proposals. Any Proposal received by the OMC Ltd. after the Bid Deadline shall be returned unopened. 5. DATE, TIME AND PLACE OF OPENING OF THE BID & BID VALUATION: The techno commercial bid shall be opened in presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives if available on the date and time specified in the NIT. The techno commercial bids shall be evaluated by a committee of OMC and the price bid of the techno-commercially qualified bidders only shall be opened in presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives if any and if available on a date which shall be intimated

5 separately. Incase holiday/bandh is declared on tender/price-bid opening date, the tender will be opened at the same time on the next working day. 6. COST OF THE TENDER/ BIDDING DOCUMENT & EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT: 6.1 Cost of Tender paper: Rs % VAT i.e. Rs Rs.25.00= Rs (Rupees five hundred twenty five) only in shape of Demand Draft., in favour of The Odisha Mining Corporation Ltd., payable in any Scheduled / Nationalized Bank at Bhubaneswar. 6.2 Earnest Money Deposit: The bidder shall have to deposit Rs.10, (Rupees Ten Thousand ) only towards EMD in shape of Demand Draft, in favour of The Odisha Mining Corporation Ltd., payable in any Scheduled/Nationalized Bank at Bhubaneswar. The Demand Draft towards the cost of tender paper and EMD should be submitted in the envelope for techno commercial bid.no interest shall accrue on the earnest money. Earnest Money Deposit(EMD) shall be refunded to the unsuccessful bidders within one month after finalization of the tender. If the bidder is disqualified in techno commercial bid, his EMD along with the unopened price bid will be returned within 15 days after opening of the technocommercial bid. The EMD of the successful bidder shall be converted to Security Deposit & shall be released after successful completion of warranty period of the supply, installation & commissioning of the materials & after obtaining necessary clearance certificates from the concerned Dept. of OMC. The bidders being MSME registered with NSIC will be exempted from depositing cost of Tender Paper & EMD. The bidder in support of being MSME registered with NSIC must have to submit the Govt. Purchase enlistment certificate. If such bidder became L-1, they have to deposit Rs.10, (Rupees Ten thousand) only as Security Deposit before issue of purchase order which shall be returned after successful completion of warranty period of the supplied materials, installation & commissioning of the equipments and after obtaining necessary clearance certificate from the concerned Dept. of OMC.

6 7. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR BIDDERS i. In the event of bidder being an authorized channel business partner, the authorized channel business partner must have to furnish an authorization certificate for supply of the Blade Chassis & Blade Servers from the manufacturer. ii. iii. iv. The bidder shall have valid Sales Tax Registration like TIN/ CST, up-to-date Sale Tax Return/Clearance Certificate, PAN & Service Tax Registration/GST Number. Authenticated copies of all the above documents must be submitted along with the Techno-Commercial Bid. The products quoted by the bidder shall meet the technical requirement of the tender. No technical variations would be acceptable. The detail specification, catalogues etc. of the products quoted by the bidder must be submitted by the bidder. The bidder must submit the checklist attached at Annexure-A, B & undertaking at Annex-C. The bidder shall submit relevant documents in support of successful supply of similar products at Govt. organizations/ PSU s/ reputed private organizations. v. The bidder shall not have been disqualified for bidding within a period of three preceding years from the date of submission of the tender as fixed above by any competent court of law, forum or any State Govt. or statutory entities/psu s/ other reputed organizations. The bidder has to furnish a declaration in his letter head, if not disqualified. vi. The bidder must have Service Centre in the state of Odisha for providing quick Service and required spares. Relevant documents in support thereof shall be submitted by the bidder. 8. DELIVERY: The delivery & installation period is one month from the date of issue of Purchase order. OMC may negotiate a realistic delivery period with the bidder if the situation warrants so. 9. WARRANTY: The supplier shall extend warranty for the items supplied for a period of 03 years for Blade Chassis & Blade Servers from the date of supply & installation for which same are ordered. The supplier shall be liable to replace the defective parts if any found to be inoperative during the period of warranty within seven days of receipt of complaints on free of cost basis. No extra charge for transportation shall be paid to the supplier against such replacement.

7 10. VALIDITY OF THE BID: The Bid shall be valid for (Three months) 90 days from the last date of receipt of the tender. 11. PRICE: The price should be quoted in the sealed price Bid format (PART-II, Annex-D). Printed price list of the manufacturer, wherever available, is to be attached with the price bid. The price quoted shall remain firm throughout the Tender validity period. The quoted rate should be type written and unconditional. The OMC Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the price bid with condition or with qualification. Taxes and Duties in percentage or specified amount should be clearly mentioned in the price bid format. Variation of taxes and duties if any by the Govt. or statutory authority shall be allowed to the bidder pertaining to this purchase on production of documentary evidence of the same. TDS as applicable under Income Tax Act will be deducted from the bill. The bidder who have to quote rate for each category shall submit price bid separately. 12. SELECTION OF L-1 BIDDER: The lowest price quoted by the bidders for each category i.e. Blade Chassis & Blade Server shall be considered as L-1 bidder separately for Blade Chassis & Blade Server as the case may be. 13. OMC S RIGHT TO VARY QUANTITIES: The OMC Ltd. reserves the right at the time of award of purchase order to decrease or increase the quantities of Blade Chassis & Blade Server with the same rate, terms & conditions. 14. PAYMENT TERMS: (a) 100% payment shall be made, against supply & installation of Blade Chassis, & Blade Servers as per the scope of supply of the purchase order on submission of the bill in duplicate along with inspection certificate for acceptance by OMC by the authorized person of the corporation. The bidder shall raise the Invoice as per Rule 4A of Service Tax Rule. 15. FREIGHT & INSURANCE: Transportation and transit insurance charges, if any, shall be borne by the bidder. 16. PENALTY: In case the bidder fails to supply & deliver the materials within the period agreed and stipulated in the purchase order, the bidder shall be liable to pay penalty for such delay. The penalty will be an amount equivalent to 0.25% of the basic order value for each 1/10 th delays of the original delivery period calculated in number of days. However penalty on this account will not exceed 5% of the basic order value. Besides this, any increase in Taxes & Duties after expiry of Delivery

8 Period will be to the bidder account. If the order is not executed within twice the duration of the agreed delivery period then it will be at the discretion of OMC management to cancel the PO with forfeiture of EMD. However, OMC shall review the evolving work requirement for the accomplishment of order by the bidder and if required, may extend the time period with / without imposition of penalty. 17. PRICE FALL CLAUSE: In the event of the bidder found accepting lower prices or supplying at lower prices prior to and after finalization of rates to any other organization, the said lower rates shall be made applicable to us against the Purchase Order. 18. REJECTION OF TENDER. OMC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders received at any stage without any reason thereof 19. LEGAL DISPUTE: Incase of any dispute arising out of this tender it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Bhubaneswar only in the state of Odisha.

Should have future support for FC modules. 5 Dual network connectivity for each blade server for redundancy should be provided. Backplane should be completely passive device. If it is active, dual backplane Should be provided for redundancy. 6 Optical Drive (Internal/External) 7 Hot Swappable Power Supply module with Redundancy (N+N). 8 Required cooling facility with hot pluggable fan and redundancy support 9 All required System software has to be from the OEM itself.
