DAILY PAY CUSTOMER BONUS Earn $20 to $80 Customer Bonuses on Retail Customers, or 100% of the monthly fee, with 50% paid on enrollment and 50% on second billing. LEADERSHIP CUSTOMER BONUS Earn Leadership Customer Bonuses when LCs in your coded organization enroll retail Customers, with 50% paid on enrollment and 50% on second billing. See (A) Leadership Customer Bonuses. EXPANSION BONUS When Independent Lifestyle Consultants (LC) you sponsor become Qualified within 30 days of Enrollment, you earn an Expansion Bonus of $25 (Gold) or $50 (Platinum). LEADERSHIP EXPANSION BONUS Earn Leadership Expansion Bonuses when LCs in your coded organization become Qualified within 30 days of Enrollment. See (B) Leadership Expansion Bonuses. MONTHLY PAY TEAM RESIDUALS Team Residuals are earned on the first commissionable Core Customer of each QLC in your Placement Team to 7 levels. Payments start from Month 2 from Customer enrollment. See (C) Team Residuals. VIP CUSTOMER BONUS Earn a monthly VIP Customer Bonus on your personal Retail Customers. Based on an increasing sliding scale as your customer base grows. Payments start in the first qualifying month. See (D) Monthly VIP Customer Bonus. LEADERSHIP CUSTOMER RESIDUALS Earn Leadership Customer Residuals of up to $8 per month on all of the Customers enrolled by your coded organization after their first commissionable Core Customer. Payments start from Month 3 from Customer enrollment. See (E) Leadership Customer Residuals.

3 3 25% CHECK MATCH The 25% Check Match is paid on the entire Daily and Monthly Pay of your personally sponsored LCs. Being a Manager with 3 sponsored QLCs qualifies you for 10% and being a Senior Manager with 3 sponsored QLCs qualifies you for another 15%. Unearned commissions roll up the Enrollment Team to the first qualifying QLCs. FREEDOM BONUS Freedom Bonuses are earned based on Enrollment Team Customer Points. Each leg counts for up to one-third of your requirements and this must sustain for 2 consecutive months before payments start. At least half the points must be from retail customers. Bonuses are paid out over 3 months in equal installments as long as Customer Point requirements are maintained. See (F) Freedom Bonus. LUXURY VEHICLE CLUB TIER I: AUDI, BMW OR MERCEDES-BENZ Up to $500 per month towards an Audi, BMW or Mercedes-Benz, or half in cash. Must be a black, gray or white vehicle. Must be a Platinum Senior Manager and maintain 200 Placement Team Customer Points. TIER II: LUXURY VEHICLE OF YOUR CHOICE Up to $1,250 per month towards a luxury vehicle of your choice, or half in cash. Must be a Platinum Area Manager and maintain 1,000 Placement Team Customer Points. TIER III: SUPERCAR OR LUXURY HOME BONUS Up to $3,000 per month towards a supercar or Luxury Home. Must be a Platinum District Manager and maintain 3,500 Placement Team Customer Points. Note: Each leg counts for up to one-third of volume and you must maintain your Customer Point rank requirements and 3 sponsored QLCs on the first day of every month when the Luxury Vehicle Club report is generated. All vehicles must be 5 years old or newer. 3 & FREE PROGRAM Each of your personal services becomes Free when you maintain 3 Active Retail Customers at the time of billing. Combined customer billing must be greater than free service billing. Your Retail Customers may also participate and benefit from the 3 & Free Program. CUSTOMER POINTS Financial Edge and the Biz Center count for 3 Customer Points. Lifestyle Advantage and Life Essentials count for 2 Customer Points. All other services count for 1 Customer Point. Customers enrolling using a Trial Voucher will be Pending for the first 30 days.

4 4 DAILY GUARANTEE The Daily Guarantee is designed to provide our QLCs with a minimum monthly earnings as long as the necessary team customer point requirements are in place. Earn $5 to $1,000 in Daily Guarantee based on your Placement Team Customer Points. Commissions accrue daily and are paid on the 10th of the month as a top-up against the previous month s earnings. Daily Guarantee earnings are inclusive of all bonuses, commissions, Luxury Vehicle Club earnings and any other compensation you receive as a QLC. Each leg counts for up to one-third of volume and you must maintain 3 sponsored QLCs. The Daily Guarantee is a top-up against your total earnings and is not compensation you get in addition to the core compensation plan. See chart below for Daily Guarantee Customer Point requirements. 5 5 PROMOTION REQUIREMENTS Promotions legs are based on your Placement Team. You will be promoted as soon as you meet your team requirements, after which you will have a grace period of 45 days to meet your Customer Point requirements. Manager 3 Level 1 QLCs (Placement Team or Enrollment Team), 1 Sponsored QLC, 5 Personal CPs Senior Manager Develop 3 legs each with a minimum of 1 Manager, 1 Sponsored QLC, 7 Personal CPs Area Manager (Presidential Club) Develop 3 legs each with a minimum of 1 Senior Manager, 1 Sponsored QLC, 9 Personal CPs District Manager Develop 3 legs each with a minimum of 1 Area Manager, 1 Sponsored QLC, 11 Personal CPs Regional Manager Develop 3 legs each with a minimum of 1 District Manager, 1 Sponsored QLC, 13 Personal CPs National Manager Develop 3 legs each with a minimum of 1 Regional Manager, 1 Sponsored QLC, 15 Personal CPs ENROLLMENT VS PLACEMENT Enrollment Team Personally sponsored LCs and the lineage that subsequently develops from sponsored LCs. Placement Team Personally sponsored LCs and LCs placed by you or your uplines. Personally sponsored LCs may be placed within 60 days of their enrollment. MISCELLANEOUS Status To be Active, your Biz Center must be current. To be Qualified, you must be Active with at least 5 Active Customer Points, with at least one Core Service (Lifestyle Advantage, Life Essentials and Financial Edge). Commissions You must be Active and Qualified to receive commissions. You have 30 days to redeem your status to avoid losing accrued commissions. Payment Frequency Daily Pay is paid on the 4th day from when it is earned and Monthly Pay is paid on the 10th calendar day of the month. Platinum Level You must be a Platinum to earn Platinum Level commissions. If you are a Gold, differences in commissions will roll up to the next Platinum upline. You have 60 days from your Enrollment to upgrade to Platinum for the difference to avoid paying the full package price.
