Comprehensive Aid Report Line 16 is your total Program cost for the prior year. The SFY 16 Comprehensive Aid report would give your SFY 15 Program costs The SFY 17 report would give your SFY 16 Program costs 7 Comprehensive Aid Report (2) Line 60 gives your prior year total Transportation costs Line 64B gives your New Formula Aid based off your prior year costs. 8 4
Comprehensive Aid Report (3) Line 70 is your SFY 16 Hold Harmless amount. This amount will show on the report for all later years. 9 SFY 17 Historical Adj. ADM Capped at 1.0 For closed years the Adjusted ADM is final. For open years the number is generated from you EDRS ADM / LEP entry. In this case the highlighted 4, would show on Line 71 of the Comp Aid Report for all years forward. 10 5
SFY 17 District / School ADM Report This report won t show up for a given year until July after the school year has ended. Line 70A of the Comp Aid Report is the current year ADM Served which is found after the district s total page about halfway through the report. Line 71A of the Comp Aid Report is the current year Adjusted ADM which is found on the 3 rd to last page. In both cases you should take the number from the row labeled Total ADM and NOT Total PUN. 11 SFY 17 District / School ADM Report (2) If there are any ineligible students they will reduce the Total Served on the Aid report 12 6
SFY 17 District / School ADM Report (3) The Adjusted ADMs are found on the third to last page of the report. 13 SFY 16 Tuition Billing District Calculation The lower-right hand number ($235,642.78) is the final SFY 16 Tuition amount. After federal funds have been applied (see other highlighted amounts). We suggest comparing SFY 16 to 17 because 16 is final and may be a more accurate number. If you use SFY 16 be sure to add an inflationary amount around 4%. 14 7
SFY 17 Tuition Billing District Calculation This is their SFY 17 tuition adjustment as of the October 2017 calculation. 15 Tuition Billing Rate Report 16 8
Tuition Billing Rate Report (2) 17 Tuition Billing Rate Report (3) Low rates find the students with that primary disability and see who is providing services. High rate Find the staff coded to that disability and see whom they are providing services. Exception Program 420, as no students can have that be their primary disability. 18 9
