1 Future 100 UK 2019 FT Future 100 UK 2019 INTRODUCTION Sustainable growth is the foundation for long-term impact. In the 21st century, society and employees put an emphasis on environmental and social parameters as well as financial performance in an age of disruption by innovation. The Financial Times and Statista, supported by Mishcon de Reya, want to pinpoint how fast-growing companies rise to these challenges. Our goal is to identify the FT Future 100 UK - high growth companies that are shaping their sector while contributing to society. Every company that submits the survey will be regarded as a candidate for this list. The replies will be evaluated by an editorial team of the FT and analysts from Statista. An FT-led jury will determine the final list. The survey is relatively short, but we are aware that some questions are more complex to answer than others. Moreover, it might be that people from different departments within your company have the required information to hand. Some points to note about the survey: A There are some mandatory questions, at the beginning. B The questions in the sections can be answered on a pick & choose basis so that you can focus on the fields that your company relates to. (We do not want you to elaborate on topics that might have little relevance for you.) C The survey can be started by someone from one department and then continued and completed by others in other departments. To be considered as an FT Future 100 company, it can be sufficient to convince in merely some fields or even just in one. However, any information you provide will be appreciated.

2 FT Future 100 UK BASIC INFORMATION Mandatory Information First, a few questions that, we hope, are easy to fill out for all candidates. In 2013, your company generated revenue of at least 85,000? In 2016, your company generated revenue of at least 1.2 million? Your company is independent (your company is NOT a subsidiary or branch office of any kind).
