15 Important events NSB-konsernet The NSB Group demerged the train maintenance company Mantena AS, the sales- and ticketing company Entur, the rolling stock in Norske tog AS and the real estate group ROM Eiendom to the Norwegian Ministry of Transportation and Communications by the end of april The demerger was done with accounting effect from 1. January 2017 Passenger train The government postpones the rail passenger service tender 1 «South» until June 2019 This summer NRK, NSB and Bane Nor collaborates on the Summer train a more than 240 meter long rolling Television studio, which for 8 weeks, will travel around in Norway to visit small and big train stations. A new high for customer satisfaction - NSB achieved, in spring 2017, a customer satisfaction of 76, which is the highest customer satisfaction measured for the NSB customers and equals an increase of 3 percentage points from the last customer satisfaction survey in the autumn of 2016 Bus There is a need for 1,000 new bus drivers every year until 2030, and, the bus companies now work together to show that being a bus driver is a profession worth choosing Freight Punctuality record for CargoNet more than 95 per cent of the departures delivered the cargo to the customer within the agreed time CargoNet now offers an environmental and effective railroad alternative to and from Skåne in Sweden for transportation of trailers, swap bodies for combined transport and containers
