5 Research on promotion of regional environmental volunteer work participation of baby boom generation mandatory retirement man Shiga Prefecture OUMI-HACHIMAN CITY as a case Ide laboratory kana ohashi 1The background of this research After 2007, "Problem in 2007" in which a large amount of retiree is born gets into the news in our country that will refrain from a real aged society in the near future. After 60 percent or more of the baby boom generation retires, it is said that it will hope to have the point of contact with the local society. However, the relation to the local society is large and is different in the man and the woman the situation. The woman doesn't have the point of contact with the region by many of men who have spent life at the work center with the point of contact with the region in life before it retires often keep, and have to construct the relation to the region newly with the retirement. On the other hand, it is requested to make use of the experience and the ability that has been cultivated to the retiree, and to participate in the volunteer work. Therefore, it is thought that it is preferable that the mandatory retirement man will participate in the root volunteer work where it sits in the region in the future. 2The Purpose and meaning of this research The purpose of this research to consider from the standpoint of an environmental volunteer group, and to propose the method of promoting the baby boom generation mandatory retirement man's participation in a community-based environmental volunteer work. The meaning of this research can be gotten acquainted with people in the region for the retirement man, and will be enhanced the life stage after it retires. The retirement man participates in the activity for an environmental volunteer group, it becomes a human resource shortage cancellation, and the mandatory retirement man becomes a big war potential to act. It is thought that the mandatory retirement man participates in the maintenance activity of a regional environment for the region, and it leads to the activation of the region and next generation's person-making. 3The method and investigation object In this research, retirement man's until belonging to "Retirement man group" shown in Figure 1 in Shiga Prefecture OUMI-HACHIMAN CITY that is ground for the investigation or "Environmental volunteer group" route is paid to attention. Figure 1 Mandatory retirement man's each group in OUMI-HACHIMAN CITY or participation route to course In this research, the surveillance study is advanced by the following flows. 1) To understand the retirement man group the outline etc. of an environmental volunteer group, the hearing investigation is executed to the chairman etc. of this group and the group. 2) The questionnaire survey vote is designed based on the hearing investigation. 3) Execution of preliminary questionnaire survey to plural of mandatory retirement man person that belongs to retirement man group or environmental volunteer group and improvement of questionnaire survey vote 4) Execution of questionnaire survey 5) Total and analysis of investigation result 6) Proposal and consideration 4Conclusion of this research The answer tendency to each route until belonging to each group of those who answer clarified from the questionnaire survey result is described. 1)The interest and the concern for an environmental volunteer work need not be high and it especially propose it alone to the retiree who can belong to an environmental volunteer group directly by friend's invitation. 2) Even if the interest and the concern for an environmental volunteer work are high, the retiree with not high interest and concern for the environment of 3) volunteer work for the retiree who doesn't belong easily to an environmental volunteer group is recommended to belong to the retirement man group first of all directly alone because it doesn't have courage to participate or there is no friend who invites it. To the retiree who thinks that in addition the person wants to be useful or healthy maintenance wants to do to the retirement man group that executes the cooking class etc. in the retiree who thinks that it wants to spend time of leisure significantly when belonging to the retirement man group, the retiree with a strong feelings that the person wants to be useful for the retirement man group that executes both a cooking class and an environmental volunteer work is recommended to belong to the retirement man group that executes only an environmental volunteer work. The retirement man group of the middle group that executes both a cooking class and an environmental volunteer work is assumed and it is assumed to be the main proposal in this research to an environmental volunteer group to be vocal of the environmental volunteer work participation or to disregard it in the center on that.
