Points of first nine months FY 21 operating results Operating income for the first nine months was 61.9 billion compared with 61. billion that was forecasted in September. Takkyubin parcel volume recovered, particularly in small lot commercial, up.8% YoY. Takkyubin unit price down 2.9% YoY. Profitability was maintained by constraining costs, mainly personnel and subcontracting, when parcel volumes increased. 2.
