I need to add 3.64 family beds based off of programs that do homeless motel vouchers and are not on the HIC from Total HMIS beds is and non HMIS is /10/2012 7:39:21 AM, Azim, I transposed my numbers, There are 105 family beds the HIC. There are 60 non participatg leavg 45 HMIS and I added the 3.64 voucher beds from all the homeless motel vouchers that are not listed the HIC. - 1/2/ :40:53 AM, I added the NON HMIS Crossroads beds on 1c. How many Persons Families were usg Shelters - 11/9/ :35:27 AM, I have added the voucher beds based off of the guidance from HUD. I added the voucher beds from the pit nights. - 12/10/2012 8:17:49 AM, I have used the facility beds of 45 and used the calculations as I did for Lcoln, although we have homeless motel vouchers throughout the year there were non used on the 4 nights. Unfortunately this is the first time for me dog the BOS and the numbers are what they are. We plan on assistg with bed coverage the BOS throughout the comg year. It does appear that most programs BOS that have ES and TH have most of their consumers TH comg from their own ES and they often times go back to the same ES. We will as the new SHP funded HMIS contract be contactg each ES and TH BOS to fd out eligibility requirements as well as updatg all HIC when we complete the PIT January. - 1/4/2013 3:55:16 PM, After reviewg each program for the date of 10/26 I realized why this number was higher than the pots time. I started supportg the The Connection The workflow previously was that they entered a person to a program and then exited them. Unfortunately they were not exitg persons so we started usg ShelterPot which allows them to enter them to see all participants their program at a glance. To move them to shelterpot they had to create a new entry sheltererpot and then end them on the old one. This caused two identical entries. This housg program has 28 IND beds. If we used an average for this date the numbers would be aligned with all the rest. HIC shows 80 PSH_FAM beds BOS with only 6 of those reportg HMIS.
