2 Employer to reach out to OPSEU to schedule a meeting. July 26, Accreditation Program No update at this time. January 24, ESQ Assisting MOF with Collections Investigations Employer to update at next meeting. Employer to report back. Employer advised the collections is on pause until the Employer reviews the job descriptions. May 31, Field Training OPSEU is concerned of the quality of training for new field staff (content and delivery) and ongoing training for incumbent field staff. Employer and OPSEU to discuss an approach for identifying gaps and areas for improvement Radiation Protection Services The Parties are continuing to work towards a positive resolution. May 31, Fleet Vehicle Trip Record and Telematics Employer will follow up on the fleet vehicle trip record. 2

3 MOL management has not received any telematics report at this time and it is anticipated that the reporting will not begin until all the device are installed. Fleet vehicle trip record does not self-populate for the previous days kilometres. September 13, Central East - Working Lunch The Employer advised that this practice has ceased in Central East. September 13, Central East - Employer Paid Parking September 13, Security Checks Employer to report back. OP SEU requests the Employer to respond whether the re-check is required. September 13, Office Re-organization with ESO New Hires Employer provided update that the committees continue to work on options. Employer to report back with any updates or status changes when they are able. 3

4 November 7, DHET Inspectors No Update. November 7, ES RPC QA/QC Field Visits Joe Boeswald provided update on the QA/QC accompaniment that RPC will have for this year. OPSEU is requesting that a MERC sub- Employer Employer to follow-up committee be formed to look into item. and respond Lateral Transfers within the Same Office Employer will consider lateral transfers within the same office on a case by case basis. March 7, Employer ES Training on "Predominant Purpose" Parties agree to continue discussion and flag for joint review of training Bill 148 Impacts to MOL Employer to invite LSB to upcoming MERC meeting. Employer to report back. 4

5 Employer provided info-share to OPSEU regarding Bill 148 implications for OPS employees. OPS EU requests the Employer implement the oncall provisions of this Bill prior to January 1, OP SEU requests the Employer to report back on how this provision will be implemented Vehicle Selection for 4-wheel drive trucks For safety reasons, OPSEU believes that 4 wheel drive vehicles are required for certain locations and job functions. OPSEU believes it is not the member's responsibility to provide justification and the Employer should identify when this safety equipment is required. OPSEU would like to know when 4 wheel drive trucks are required Pay Equity OPSEU reports that the Employer and OPSEU are in discussion to review Pay Equity in the OPS EPB's commitment to good labour relations OPSEU was glad to see Director of EPB at last meeting. OPSEU continues to wait for action. 5

Employer to follow up and respond Legal Services Date Tabled New Business Referred to Action May 9, Mining Program - Status Employer to provide update on recruitment OPSEU inquired about Employer's plans to move plan for Mining Electrical and Mechanical inspections to outside Inspectors at upcoming agencies and whether Electrical and Mechanical MERC meeting. mining inspectors will be recruited. 6

7 Date Tabled New Business Referred to Action Employer advised there are no plans to outsource this work and will provide a recruitment plan for Mining Inspectors. July 4, Effective Employee Relations OPSEU and Employer had a thorough discussion about the on-going relationship and confirmed their respective commitment to actions that foster strong, respectful, cohaborative relationships including communicating more broadly decisions made at the MERC table.
