10 Methodology A total of 5,000 health and human services executives were surveyed by OPEN MINDS between August 2017 and October The survey was ed to recipients at the beginning and the middle of each month data was collected. Follow-up phone calls were conducted to organizations that did not respond via . Respondents were asked a series of 5 questions and sub-questions. A total of 200 health and human services organizations completed the survey, and 193 organizations were included in the final survey results. 10
