2 DEFINITIONS Except where the context otherwise requires, the following definitions shall apply throughout this Notice:- Board : The Board of Directors of YSPSAH Bursa Depository : Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn Bhd ( W) Bursa Securities : Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ( W) CDS : Central Depository System Deed Poll : Deed Poll dated 22 October 2007 governing the Warrants Exercise Period : The period commencing on the date of issue of Warrants and ending at the close of business at 5.00 p.m. on a date preceding the fifth (5 th ) anniversary from the date of issue of Warrants Exercise Price : Being the adjusted Exercise Price of RM1.42 payable in respect of each new YSPSAH Share Exercise Rights : The rights conferred on a Warrant Holder to subscribe for one (1) new YSPSAH Share for each Warrant during the Exercise Period and at the Exercise Price and upon the terms and conditions of the Warrants set out in the Deed Poll Expiry Date : At the close of business at 5.00 p.m. in Malaysia on the last day of the Exercise Period which falls on Wednesday, 5 December 2012 Market Day : Any day between Monday and Friday (inclusive) which is not a public holiday and on which Bursa Securities is open for trading of securities Record of Depositors : The record provided by Bursa Depository to the Company under the Rules of Bursa Depository Registrar : Mega Corporate Services Sdn Bhd ( H) RM and sen : Ringgit Malaysia and sen, respectively YSPSAH or Company : Y.S.P. Dear Sir/Madam, NOTICE OF EXPIRY AND LAST DATE FOR THE EXERCISE OF WARRANTS 2007/2012 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT pursuant to the terms and conditions stipulated in the Deed Poll, the Exercise Rights to exercise the Warrant will expire on Wednesday, 5 December 2012 at 5.00 p.m. Unless the context otherwise requires or defined in this Notice, words and expressions defined in the Deed Poll shall have the same meanings when used in this Notice. Warrant Holders intending to exercise their Warrants are advised to submit the documents referred to in Section herein to the Registrar not later than 5.00 p.m. on the Expiry Date. Warrant Holders should note that the Warrants which are not exercised by 5.00 p.m. on the Expiry Date will lapse and become NULL and VOID and cease to be valid for any purpose thereafter. Accordingly, the Warrants will be removed from the official list of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Thursday, 6 December As at 23 October 2012, being the latest practicable date prior to the printing of this Notice, the total number of unexercised Warrants is 35,510,595 Warrants. Pursuant to Paragraph 8.28 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, YSPSAH is required to notify the Warrant Holders of the expiry of the Warrants at least one (1) month prior to the last date of exercise or the Expiry Date, whichever is earlier. 1

5 Warrant Holders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Warrants. Warrant Holders are therefore advised to carefully note the procedures set out below:- 1. SUSPENSION AND LAST DAY OF TRADING Trading of the Warrants on Bursa Securities will be suspended with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Tuesday, 20 November 2012 until the Expiry Date and therefore, the last date and time for trading of the Warrants shall be on Monday, 19 November 2012 at 5.00 p.m. The Warrants will cease to be exercisable after 5.00 p.m. on Wednesday, 5 December 2012 and will accordingly be removed from the official list of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Thursday, 6 December EXERCISE PRICE The exercise price of the Warrants is RM1.42 for each new YSPSAH Share. Accordingly, if you exercise 100 Warrants into 100 new YSPSAH Shares, the exercise amount payable shall be RM142 payable in cash. 3. PAYMENT OF EXERCISE PRICE Payment must be made in full for the Exercise Price, payable in RM via banker s draft/cashier s order drawn on a bank operating in Malaysia or via Money Order/Postal Order issued by a post office in Malaysia, in favour of YSPSAH Warrants Proceeds Account crossed A/C Payee Only and endorsed on the reverse side with the Warrant Holder s name and address, Identity Card/Passport/Company Registration Number and CDS Account Number. 4. EXERCISE OF WARRANTS 4.1 If you are a Warrant Holder and wish to carry out your Exercise Rights, you should: Complete and sign the enclosed Exercise Form. Additional copies of the Exercise Form can be obtained from the Registrar at Mega Corporate Services Sdn Bhd, Level 15-2, Bangunan Faber Imperial Court, Jalan Sultan Ismail, Kuala Lumpur Deliver to the Registrar the following documents:- (a) duly completed and valid Exercise Form; (b) remittance of the full Exercise Price as mentioned in Sections 2 and 3 above; and (c) remittance of an administrative fee of RM20.00 for each Exercise Form submitted via a cheque crossed A/C Payee Only payable to Mega Corporate Services Sdn Bhd for debiting of the Warrants and for crediting in the new YSPSAH Shares. 4.2 YSPSAH shall within eight (8) Market Days upon receiving the duly completed and valid Exercise Form together with the requisite remittance: Allot and/or issue new YSPSAH Shares arising from the exercise of the Warrants, to the Warrant Holders under the provision of the Deed Poll Despatch the notice of allotment to the Warrant Holders. 2

6 4.2.3 Make an application to Bursa Securities for the listing and quotation of the new YSPSAH Shares on Bursa Securities. The new YSPSAH Shares to be issued pursuant to the exercise of the Warrants shall, upon allotment and issue, rank pari passu in all respects with the then existing YSPSAH Shares, except that they will not be entitled to any dividends, rights, allotments or distributions that may be declared, made or paid prior to the date of allotment of the new YSPSAH Shares. 5. BOOK CLOSURE DATE IN RELATION TO THE EXPIRY AND LAST DATE FOR EXERCISE OF WARRANTS Warrant Holders should note that apart from the provisions contained in the Deed Poll, the following provisions of Bursa Depository will apply to the Warrants:- 5.1 Bursa Depository will not accept any request for ordinary transfer of the Warrants for the period commencing 4.00 p.m. on Wednesday, 28 November 2012 until the Expiry Date. 5.2 Warrant Holders shall qualify for subscription of new YSPSAH Shares in respect of the following: Warrants transferred into the depositors CDS account before 4.00 p.m. on Wednesday, 28 November 2012 in respect of ordinary transfer; and Warrants bought on Bursa Securities on or before 5.00 p.m. on Monday, 19 November 2012 being the last day of trading of the Warrants. 6. EXPIRY OF WARRANTS Warrant Holders should note that:- 6.1 If their Exercise Rights are not exercised and the relevant Exercise Forms are not delivered to the Registrar by 5.00 p.m. on Wednesday, 5 December 2012, their rights will lapse and become null and void and cease to be valid for any purpose thereafter; and 6.2 All unexercised Warrants remaining in a depositor s CDS account with Bursa Depository by 5.00 p.m. on Wednesday, 5 December 2012 will be withdrawn from the respective depositor s CDS account on Thursday, 6 December DIRECTORS RESPONSIBILITY STATEMENT This Notice has been seen and approved by the Board who collectively and individually accept full responsibility for the accuracy of the information given herein and confirm that, after making all reasonable enquiries and to the best of their knowledge and belief, there are no omission of facts which would make any statement herein misleading. 3
