Pursuant to the Redemption, twenty per cent (20%) of the nominal value of 2011/2018 RCSLS so redeemed by the Company on a basis based on the outstanding 2011/2018 RCSLS, shall be immediately cancelled and the amount of 2011/2018 RCSLS held by the Entitled Holders (defined below in Section 1) as at the Book Closure Date shall be correspondingly reduced by twenty per cent (20%) and debited from their respective securities accounts. Based on the outstanding 2011/2018 RCSLS which stood at RM96,252,924 as at 31 May 2016 and pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Trust Deed and Supplementary Trust Deed, the redemption amount shall be as follows:- Redemption amount = Outstanding 2011/2018 RCSLS x Redemption percentage for the year Total remaining redemption percentage as per the redemption schedule in the Trust Deed inclusive of redemption percentage for the year = RM96,252,924 x 20% 75% * = RM25,667,446 * Total remaining redemption percentage after the total redemption and cancellation of 25% for the first and second redemptions made in 2014 and 2015 respectively All RCSLS Holders are therefore advised to carefully read the contents of this Notice and take note of the procedures set out below. 1

NOTICE OF BOOK CLOSURE The RCSLS Holders whose names appear in the Record of Depositors of the Company at the close of business at 5.00 p.m. on 30 June 2016 shall be entitled to the Redemption ( Entitled Holders ). The entitlement of the RCSLS Holders to the Redemption shall only be in respect of the following: (i) 2011/2018 RCSLS bought on or before 23 June 2016 at 5.00 p.m., being the last day of trading of the 2011/2018 RCSLS according to the rules of Bursa Depository; and (ii) 2011/2018 RCSLS transferred into the depositor s securities account before 4.00 p.m. on 30 June 2016 in respect of transfer. For purposes of the Redemption, all 2011/2018 RCSLS so redeemed by the Company shall be debited from the respective securities accounts of the Entitled Holders and duly cancelled. As Malton is a prescribed counter under the CDS pursuant to Section 14(1) of the Act, all dealings in the securities of Malton, including the 2011/2018 RCSLS, are and will be carried out in accordance with the said Act and rules of Bursa Depository. 2. DATE TIME OF SUSPENSION OF TRADING QUOTATION OF 2011/2018 RCSLS ON THE OFFICIAL LIST OF BURSA SECURITIES The trading of the 2011/2018 RCSLS will be suspended with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Friday, 24 June 2016, being three (3) clear market days immediately before the Book Closure Date. Thus, the last day and time of trading will be 5.00 p.m. on Thursday, 23 June The suspension of trading is to facilitate the Redemption and thereafter an application for re-quotation of the 2011/2018 RCSLS on Bursa Securities shall be made at a later date. 3. PAYMENT OF REDEMPTION AMOUNT The Redemption will be effected by way of direct credit into the respective bank accounts that are maintained in the CDS accounts of the Entitled Holders and cheque payment, which will be made on Tuesday, 12 July 2016 and despatched to the Entitled Holders at addresses according to the Record of Depositors for the 2011/2018 RCSLS by ordinary post at the risk of the Entitled Holders. 4.
