7 Disclosures In calendar year 2007, new reporting requirements became effective for the financial management report that will be distributed at the Schools FIRST public hearing. Per Title 19 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 109, Budgeting, Accounting, and Auditing, Subchapter AA, Commissioner's Rules Concerning Financial Accountability Rating System, the five () disclosures explained below will be presented as appendices in the Schools FIRST financial management report. 1.
