3 Palindrome 2019 Coop Agreement This Is a Private Offering - Do Not Share With Anyone without Permission This Palindrome 2019 Cooperative (hereinafter Coop ) Private Offering Memorandum and Agreement (hereinafter Agreement ) is entered into by and between Denis Murdock, acting as Manager (hereinafter Manager ) of Empower Global Group, and (hereinafter Shareholder ), together the Parties. The Parties understand and agree as follows: 1. Manager is offering to Shareholder the opportunity to purchase a $1,000 or $500 Share, which will yield 500 OneCoin per Share, or 167 OneCoin per Share, respectively (see attached spreadsheet). The mining and splits have completed, so the amount of coins is fixed. 2. Manager does not offer tax or legal advice, so Shareholder should seek tax advice from a competent tax professional to determine if Shareholder is liable for any personal taxes. 3. Shareholder will receive coins into Shareholder s individual OneCoin account as fast as possible according to limitations by the company on coin transfers. Shareholder understands that this will take at least 6 months to transfer all coins based on very strict restrictions on daily transfers currently in place. A faster and more convenient method of transfer will be to make purchases on Dealshaker. Manager will facilitate purchases. 4. Shareholder enters into a Coop that gives the highest level of education presently offered by OneAcademy, and will have unlimited access to all the online education provided in this Coop. 5. OneCoin/OneAcademy has no affiliation with Empower Global Group, managed by Denis Murdock, and Shareholder will not contact OneCoin/OneAcademy regarding this Coop. 6.
