Economy is expected to grow 1-3% in 2013 Singapore s March 2013 Purchasing Managers Index increased to 50.6, up from 49.4 points in February 2013, attributable to expansion in new export orders and production output According to Colliers International Research, average capital values for ground- and upper-floor industrial premises is up by just 0.8% and 0.7% q-o-q respectively (1.9% and 2.7% q-o-q increase previously). Average monthly gross rents for warehouses recorded marginal growth of 0.4% q-o-q and 0.5% q-o-q for ground-level and upper-level space respectively in 1Q
