Prior to August 1, 2008, the Standby Demand Charge was 50% of the effective monthly Demand Gas Charge. (2) As of January 28, 2010 the Standby Commodity Charge is based on Daily and Average Monthly Index Prices (AMIP) based on published citygate prices in Platt's "Gas Daily". As a result, the Standby Commodity Charge is no longer reported under Rider 2. August 1, 2008 January 27, 2010: Standby Commodity Charge was the Commodity Gas Charge plus 25% of the Non-Commodity Gas Charge. Prior to August 1, 2008, Standby Commodity Charge was the Commodity Gas Charge plus 50% of the Non-Comodity Gas Charge excluding the Transition Surcharge. (3) As of May 1, 2012 the Storage Gas Charge replaces the Aggregation Balancing Gas Charge for Rider CFY and the Standby Demand Charge for Rider SST.
