1 ASX ANNOUNCEMENT 31 Octber 2017 ABN Quarterly Cashflw Reprt Binmics Limited (ASX:BNO, OTCQX:BNOEF), a bipharmaceutical cmpany fcused n the discvery and develpment f innvative therapeutics fr the treatment f diseases f the central nervus system (CNS) and cancer, tday released its Appendix 4C Quarterly Cashflw Reprt. Binmics has cntinued t prgress its develpment pipeline f innvative therapies during the quarter. BNC210 presentatins in the quarter highlighted the nging Phase 2 trial f BNC210 in patients with PstTraumatic Stress Disrder (PTSD) and data frm the psitive Phase 2 trial in patients with Generalised Anxiety Disrder (GAD), supprting its ptential as a therapy fr anxiety disrders, cnditins with cmrbid anxiety and stress and trauma related disrders. On 3 September 2017, a Brainstrming sessin was held at the 30 th ECNP Cngress in Paris, France n the tpic f the α7 nictinic acetylchline receptr (α7 nachr) negative allsteric mdulatrs as next generatin anxilytics. BNC210 featured as it is the first clinical example f an anxilytic small mlecule drug with this mechanism f actin. On 11 September 2017, Binmics presented a crprate verview at the Rdman & Renshaw Annual Healthcare Cnference. On 12 Octber 2017, Binmics presented a crprate verview at the ASX Sptlight Investr Cnference in New Yrk, USA. 2 Whilst BNC210, Binmics prprietary inx drug discvery platfrm and ur imprtant relatinship with Merck & C., (knwn as MSD utside the US and Canada) are the primary fcus f the Cmpany, Binmics clinical stage nclgy assets cntinued t make prgress during the quarter, with BNC101 demnstrating clcalisatin with its target LGR5 in patient tumur bipsy material and als prviding first evidence cnfirming the mechanism f actin f BNC101 in cln cancer patients. Gene expressin changes within Wnt signalling, immunnclgy and cell adhesin pathways relevant t the mechanism f actin f BNC101 have been crrelated with the level f LGR5 expressin in patient bipsies. Binmics has cmmenced discussins with ptential partners t mnetize ff strategy clinical stage nclgy assets. Strng Cash Psitin. Cash balance at 30 September 2017 was $38.111m (30 June 2017: $42.875m) with net perating cash expended during the quarter ended 30 September 2017 f $3.927m (30 June 2017: $5.083m). Cash receipts fr the year included receipts frm custmers ttalling $1.754m fr the current quarter (30 June 2017: $2.816m) which were lwer due t timing f receipts. Cash utflw reflected cntinued investment in the nging Phase 2 clinical trial f BNC210 in PTSD. Whilst sectin 9 f the Appendix 4C shws the estimated cash utflws fr the next quarter, n estimated cash inflws are prvided. The estimated cash utflws are reliant n the timing f varius activities, including clinical trials, being cnducted by Binmics. Binmics expects t receive an R&D Tax Incentive refund f apprximately $6.8m in the next quarter. Upcming Clinical Milestnes. BNC210 Phase 2 PTSD clinical trial, Enrlment is nging.
