The combined group also has extensive experience and capabilities for expansion into financing and property development ventures. Commitment... PCI Group is committed to engineering highly efficient professional solutions to natural resource acquisitions in a globally complex market. Our procurement mission is to provide our buyers and end-users with a long term supply of high quality, reliable and competitively priced natural resources that meet or exceed requirements. This is accomplished through selective total cost sourcing, managed contract terms and full professional service and monitoring throughout the contract, production, delivery and payment processes. Quality & Reliability... All PCI supply sources must meet stringent requirements before being matched with a qualified buyer. In addition to possession of all required / verified permits and licenses, suppliers must also have a verifiable history of satisfactory financing, production and sales, preferably for export. PCI Group field personnel shall visit and evaluate all potential supply sources prior to contract execution. Page 7 of 14
