3 1.0 INTRODUCTION PT Investama Putra Connsulindo was established in 2011, its Directors and shareholders have been committed since the establishment until today their focus which has been in servicing resource industry and trading for the local and export markets. The New Company PT Pratama Sarana Sumber Abadi was formed specifically to service the Palm Kernel Shell Industry in Indonesia, in doing so the Directors were approached by finance houses, farm owners, together with associates in the testing and shipping service industries to form this very strong and diversified group of companies to service the end users of Palm Products. PSSA Group s registered offices are at Jl. Casablanca Raya Kav. 88 South Jakarta, Indonesia. With the main Group partners TBCC Group and The Certus Group Pte Ltd. who have registered offices in New York, USA The main focus of the strong Group is to jointly provide Palm Products to countries such as Australia, United Kingdom, Japan, Korea, USA and Europe as well as other Asia Pacific Regions. Customers The main Customers of the PSSA Group are Power Plants and Cement Plants and other Industrial Customers such as Major Retailers. These customers are Public and Private Companies in Japan, Korea, USA and Europe.

9 5.0 SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT COMMITMENT Statement of Company SSEC Policy This charter governs the operations of the Health, Safety, Security and Environmental Committee ( Committee ). The Committee shall assist the Board of Directors in fulfilling its oversight responsibilities by assessing the effectiveness of the Company s health, safety, security and environmental policies, programs and initiatives. As used in this charter, health means the identification and control of the risks arising from physical, chemical and other workplace hazards in order to establish and maintain a safe and healthy working environment. Committee Organization The Committee appointed by the Board of Directors consist of at least one directors, who shall meet the independence requirements of the Indonesian Farming Laws on Safety, Health and Environmental. The Board of Directors must affirmatively determine that the director satisfies these independence requirements before appointment to the Committee and at least annually thereafter. In evaluating a member s independence, the Board of Directors should consider all relevant facts and circumstances, including without limitation, any relationships that such member has with the Company and their potential impact on the perception of the investment community. One member of the Committee shall be appointed as its Chair by the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors shall have the power at any time to replace any member or fill any vacancy in the Committee. A Committee member may resign by giving written notice to the Board of Directors and may resign Committee membership without resigning from the Board of Directors. The Committee may delegate authority to individuals or subcommittees when it deems appropriate. Other members of the Board of Directors who are not members of the Committee may attend Committee meetings at the Chair s invitation.
