10 Senior Management Team Group Chairman & Founder Percy Archambaud-Chao Mr. Chao has extensive experience in the property and financial industry over a period of 25 years. At one time Mr. Chao founded his own property agency and investment firm, Pacific Hawk International Limited ( ). Later Mr. Chao went on to advise multiple publicly listed companies before being appointed President & CEO of VXL Capital (0727.HK) in VXL Capital was involved in Corporate Advisory services and a multitude of Property Investment related businesses and services. This included the successful disposal of a retail mall to Blackstone in Shanghai for a sum of HKD 1.2B.

11 Senior Management Team Senior Vice President Raymond Chung Mr. Raymond Chung is the Senior Vice President of Capstone Properties Limited. As SVP Mr. Chung is responsible for the operational management of Capstone Properties business operations. Mr. Chung entered the real estate industry in 1988, his experience includes 10 years in the commercial property field with Centaline Property Agency Limited. Mr. Chung was ranked consistently as one of the top performers across the whole of Centaline Group. Mr. Chung has dealt successfully in many sizable transactions both locally and internationally including but not limited to Grade A offices, office blocks, hotels, serviced apartments and land sites.
