The Disposition Services is a specialty group within the investment properties platform. Ms. Walker s primary responsibilities include the sale of national real estate portfolios for corporations, private investors, financial institutions and real estate investment trusts. Disposition methods include asset sales, portfolio offerings, net lease sales and saleleaseback transactions. She also participates in asset valuation. Prior to joining JLL, Ms. Walker served as Financial Manager in overseeing revenue and expense accounts for 20 properties at Aggieland Realtors. Prior to this role, Ms. Walker served as a Market Analyst and Licensed Realtor where she was responsible for analyzing sales data and formulating an analytic sales approach for profit maximization. Achievements Ms. Walker graduated Magna Cum Laude at Texas A&M University with a degree in Finance from Mays Business School. She was named Most Outstanding Student for two consecutive years in her department, studied business abroad in Beijing, China, and was president/executive advisor to a National Honor Society on campus. Her coursework focused on real estate analysis, real estate law, land economics, real estate finance and real property valuation.
