The GN Group has always been successfully present in various industries in Central and Eastern Europe. GN Group has been solely focused on real estate since 2004 and has completed a number of residential and commercial projects of around sqm in total. The company is currently developing sqm of residential and commercial properties, having secured plots for sqm to be developed in next 3-4 years. 3 GN GROUP COMPLETED PROJECTS GN Group has successfully completed number of residential and commercial projects, of which the most landmark are Półwiejska_2 and K9 Office, both in Poznań. These are mixed-use retail and office properties of sqm GLA, located in prestigious and historical part of Poznań. Both were developed, commercialized and sold to third party investors. Polwiejska_2 was sold to a well-known international institutional investor, whereas office units in K9 were sold to individual clients. 2

Mrs. Kijowska has gained extensive experience in acquisitions, development and commercialization of real estate developments all over Poland. Licensed architect, graduated from Technical University in Gdańsk and holds MBA degree from Gdańsk Foundation for Management Development. 13

KRAWCZYŃSKI INVESTOR RELATIONS Piotr has always been involved in the investment and private equity business, currently managing an independent advisory company Synerium established after 17 years working for Kulczyk Investments. Among number of projects, Piotr created and managed, as Managing Director, Kulczyk Investments commercial real estate business for 8 years comprising two real estate companies: Kulczyk Real Estate Holding and Kulczyk Silverstein Properties. During his over 10 years experience in the real estate sector, Piotr was responsible for acquisition and asset management of portfolio totaling EUR 350m of existing assets ( sqm of office) and development project. Piotr has been holding various positions in supervisory boards of financial institutions as well as stock listed companies. PIOTR ŁOPATKA OPERATIONAL DIRECTOR Manager with extensive experience in project management and real estate market. Started his career in IT consulting sector and went from Analyst to COO and then CEO of leading consulting company. Since 2007 Mr. Łopatka remains in real estate as a Member of the Management Board of WSE listed development company from Poznań and then in GN Group. Graduate of Poznan University of Economics, Faculty of Management, specializing in Capital Investments and Corporate Financial Strategies. 14
