The services offered are directed to small and medium-sized companies, which the Group provides services in the field of personal and business finance.

4 AFORTI CAPITAL GROUP Aforti Holding is a venture whose initiator and simultaneously the managing person is Klaudiusz Sytek. This is my original idea for a professional life. I want to create a Capital Group operating in the financial services industry so as to continue my passion and, simultaneously, to provide satisfaction to Investors and persons cooperating with me. Aforti Holding is a venture in which I have put all my property and persuaded my family and friends to do the same. My adventure with banking and finance has been going on since During those 19 years, I have had the pleasure to work for big corporations, including the Getin Holding Group. Observing the market, I found that, in the reality dominated by large foreign financial groups, their Polish counterpart and equivalent partner could be established. Today, the time has come to present the offer to potential investors and acquire external capital so that the idea I implement consistently is brought into the next phase of development. I am not able to declare a specific rate of return on the investment made, nor that the path leading to the achievement of the business objective will be strewn with roses. I promise hard work and dedication of my full professional life to this project. I will take care of Investors capital as I take care of my own. 5 COMPANY AUTHORITIES Jacek Książek - Managing Director Graduate of Kozminski University, he graduated from the specialization "Investment Strategies and Capital Markets" and then post-graduate studies in the field of "Strategic Sales Management and Sales Team". Financier, designer of building structures. Since 2001, he has been associated with the banking and financial market. He gained experience in Bank Millennium and Bank Zachodni WBK in which he managed the sale of SMEs and retail products. In the years he worked as a Sales Director in an consulting and training company. Since 2015 he has been the judge in the Polish National Sales Awards sales competition. Currently he is the Managing Director at Aforti Factor. Artur Malarczyk - Director of Analyzes and Factoring Risk at Aforti Factor Graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, where he graduated in Finance Management, and the University of Warsaw - Master's Management Studies, specialization: Banking, Insurance and Public Finance. He also completed postgraduate studies in Economic Analysis and Controlling at the University of Economics in Poznań. He started his professional career in Citibank Handlowy S.A., in the years , working as a Specialist for Debt Collection. Then he was the Financial Specialist and Financial Manager at STRABAG Sp. z o.o. He also gained experience in the area of credit and financial analysis of enterprises in Bank Millennium S.A. and Idea Bank S.A., in which he held the position of Project Finance Team Manager, and then from 2013 to Team Manager for Difficult Customers.

6 WHAT IS FACTORING? It is currently the fastest growing, most flexible and increasingly desirable financial service. It involves the acquisition by a Factor of claims, their financing and management. In effect, this means that Factoree (supplier) is paid immediately after the completion of the sale and sending copies of invoices to the Factor, together with the documents confirming the receipt of goods. At the beginning of Factoree receives advance payment. (its amount depends on the terms of the factoring agreement and may amount to 90% of the gross invoice amount) and the rest - the guarantee fund when the customer settles the payment to the bank account Factor. In case of delays in payment by the recipient Factoree can count on the support of the Factor, in which his name will claim for payment.
