32 Market comments Weak spot market during second quarter Both for PSV and AHTS Signs of improvement at the end of the quarter Third quarter has started weak and expected to be variable and fluctuating Increased number of tenders last weeks Few large new buildings AHTS expected to be delivered in near future. Cancellation of new vessel orders will reduce oversupply risk. This will influence on the spot market Focus on specialized built inspection- maintenance and repair (IMR) vessels. Late delivery still a factor Crew situation in Norway will be easier than expected before
