9 Proposed merger Extraordinary General Meetings held 11 June approved the merger The merger is conditional upon approval from relevant authorities Notification sent to Ministry of Finance Complete notification sent to Norwegian Competition Authority 11 June Notification from Competition Authority 13 July that they may intervene against the merger Competition Authority will have to conclude within 17 Sept. 9
