Any changes from prior months would be outlined in red in the attached program matrix. Terms and Conditions All retail orders will be fully due and payable 30 days from date of shipment / invoicing. Normal six-month interest free trade terms will apply as per Dealer Terms and Conditions. Carry-over new dealer inventory qualifies for the retail pre-sell discounts of this program. New production orders and / or settlements for retailed field inventory must be received by discount deadline date to qualify for Pre-Sell discount. Program subject to cancellation or change without notice Please review this package in its entirety and take advantage of all available programs. Flexi-Coil reserves the right to adjust incentives at any time prior to the announced expiration date. You will be provided advanced notice of a revision in incentives, if at all possible. If you hold a valid retail customer order on the date of a revision in incentives, the Flexi-Coil Incentive Protection Policy will apply unless otherwise noted. Multi-Unit is eligible with Program Protection and Published programs, unless otherwise stated. 7. Units credited with Multi-Unit Incentive must meet required retention period. (See Policy Guidelines for details.) 8. Vehicle Attachments do NOT count as qualifiers. 9. Multi-Unit Purchase form and customer-signed retail invoice must be uploaded to esettlements at time of retail settlement-multi-unit form attached. Multi-Unit Purchase Program Examples Flexi-coil 5000 drill (current purchase) + NH T6 tractor (current purchase) + NH SP Windrower (purchased 2 mos. prior) = 3- unit purchase = 3% for Flexi-coil 5000 drill ONLY. NH T6 & NH SP Windrower are qualifiers only. 60 Series Air Cart (current purchase) + NH P2050 drill (current purchase) + NH Large Square Baler (current purchase) = 3 unit purchase = 3% on air cart ONLY. Flexi-coil 5500 drill (current purchase) + Miller Nitro Sprayer (purchased in prior 3 mos.) = 2-unit purchase = 2% for Flexicoil 5500 drill ONLY. Miller Nitro Sprayer is a qualifier only Series air carts (current purchase) + 2- CR combines and headers (purchased 2 mos. prior) = 4-unit purchase = 4% on both 60 Series air carts.
