3 Claims Handling N Medical Claims [download our Claims Manual] [download our USA Claims Manual] Hospitalisation: direct payment to all hospitals in the world willing to accept our payment guarantee; Outpatient claims: pay yourself & claim afterwards; In US: direct payment to all providers of the Olympus network ( ), outside the network: pay & claim. A 20% co-pay may be asked of you. N Other claims: find claim forms [here] N Send bills, payment proofs, prescriptions and claim form to Expat&Co: Per post (including the originals); Electronically (may be refused); Conditions for electronic claims : Scans/copies must be complete and well readable Keep the originals for at least 1 year (for questions or audits) Top-Up is only possible if first sent to Mutual health fund (send copies of all documents sent to Mutual fund + their reimbursement overview to Expat &Co)

4 Taxes and Administration Costs N European taxes are applied according to the country of the policyholder s address. Addresses outside Europe do not pay tax on Expat & Co policies. N Parafiscal taxes of 10% are applied in Belgium (RIZIV/INAMI tax): If insured s residence is in Belgium; AND he/she has Belgian social security (Belgian Mutual health fund); A further 9,25% additional to Belgian fiscal taxes is applied to the following covers: LP Hospital Plan All Assistance policies N Expat & Co charges an administration cost of 10 (5 in GSI) for every new policy certificate or change.

8 Product: Business Traveller Insurance N 2 VERSIONS, 2 TYPES Economy vs. First Annual vs. Click & Fly Annual: annual insurance for frequent travellers: collective or individual underwriting; covered a whole year long; no travel register. Click & Fly: buy at least 100 pre-paid travel days, and use them for your travelling staff: collective underwriting only; only persons and travel periods mentioned in the travel register are covered; manage the travel register yourself online, buy new days online; min. of 100 travel days/per year, extra purchased days are transferable to next years.

9 Product: Business Traveller Insurance MODULE 1: Assistance BTI covers in collaboration with the alarm centre: Medical evacuation/repatriation/sanitary transport; Repatriation of mortal remains & funeral costs (First); Repatriation in case of natural disaster, terroristic attack, aggresion; Early return (round trip) in case of: decease or life-treatening disease a 2nd degree family member, unexpected premature birth; Major damage to home residence (First), or severe event at the office (First). Sending of a substitute (First); Extended stay (2.000 ); Tracing & rescue; Advance of money for urgent expenses (5.000 First); Legal assistance & advance of security deposit; Repatriation of baggage; Linguistic assistance; Travel information.

10 Product: Business Traveller Insurance MODULE 2: Medical Care Necessary medical costs following an accident, illness; Pregnacy complication (<8 months, or < 4 months if result of fertility treatment); No preventative care; No maximum overall limit; Deductible: 50 /trip (Economy), no deductible in First version; If applicable, first reimbursement by social security. Details: Private rooms only in First version; Pre-existing medical conditions are excluded; Nevertheless, sudden attacks or worsening of a chronical pre-existing illness are covered on condition that you can prove, with a report of their treating doctor, prior to effective date of the contract, that you can function normally, while following regularly treatment or therapy. Dental: 250 /trip for urgent treatments (Economy), 250 /claim (First); Psychotherapy and physiotherapy after trauma; Follow-up treatment in home country (max. 4 weeks/ ).

OPTION 2: Baggage Loss/theft/damage personal goods (Economy: 2.500, First: ); Loss/theft/damage professional material (Economy: 5.000, First: ); Assistance in case of loss/theft of ID and travel documents; Purchase of essential clothing and toiletries in case of baggage delay (>1 night or 8h): 300 /500 ; Deductible 125. OPTION 3: Accidents Death: (Economy), (First); Permanent disability: (Economy), (First); Temporary disability (First) : 100 /day (2nd day 365th day).
