1 BASTILLE DAY CELEBRATION RAFFLE - TERMS AND CONDITIONS 2018 Information on how to enter and on prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Purchase of raffle tickets constitutes acceptance of these. Terms and Conditions Employees (and their immediate family) of the Promoter, sponsors, volunteers, participating retailers and agencies associated with this raffle are ineligible to participate. To be eligible to win, participants must purchase one raffle ticket or more on the Bastille Day Celebration 2018 website: Prizes are not exchangeable or transferable for cash. Raffle commences on 1/06/2018 and ends on 12/07/2018 ("Promotional Period"). All ticket purchases must be received by 11:59am AEST on 12/07/2018 if bought online, and by 8.30pm if bought on site at the Argyle. The draw will take place at the Bastille Day Celebration which will take place at The Argyle, 18 Argyle Street, Sydney NSW 2000 on Thursday 12/07/2018 at 9:00pm AEST. Winners will be announced to the public during the event, at the time of the draw. In case of a winner not redeeming the prize at the time of the draw, prizes will be available for pick up from Alliance Française de Sydney (257 Clarence Street, Sydney), from Friday 13 July 2018 and within 30 days. Consent of parent or guardian must be obtained where a minor may be a participant in the raffle. If the winner of a prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parents or guardian. Prizes will be finalised and determined at the Promoter's sole discretion and are subject to the sponsors terms and conditions, as included in Prize details below. Raffle ticket holders consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the raffle and may, for this purpose,

2 disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Raffle ticket holders should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. In the event that the winner does not wish to claim any part of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of that prize or element of the prize. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the raffle, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) in its sole discretion to (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate. In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempest, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the promotion and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to state legislation. Privacy Policy By purchasing a raffle ticket, you consent to subscribe to Alliance Française de Sydney e-newsletter The Promoter may transfer collected information to its partners (including Air France). You acknowledge that such transfer may occur, and that its partners may continue to use your Personal Information. In such instance, your Personal Information is governed by its partners respective privacy policies. The Promoter collects your personal information to assist us in providing the goods or services you have requested, to process your competition entries, and to improve our products and services. We may be in touch by to let you know about goods, services, or promotions which may be of interest to you. We may also share your information with other persons or entities that assist us in providing our services, running competitions or with other companies who provide prizes for competitions or reader offers. By purchasing a raffle ticket, the participants accept these Terms and Conditions. The participant's entry to the draw will be deemed void where he or she does not comply with any of these Terms and Conditions.

Travel is subject to availability in N class. -Prize is valid to be booked and issued no later than Friday 12 October Valid for travel 01 July 2018 to 30 June 2019, inclusive of return dates. -The recipient is responsible for all applicable government and security taxes and levies, airport charges or paid services. -Winner and his/her travel companion are responsible for having valid travel documents and obtaining the right to enter the France. -Travel between Australia and Asia is to be on the services of an Air France Partner Carrier in economy class, carrier is at Air France s sole discretion.
